Cozy and peaceful place. Seafood is really tasty, but could be a little bit strong if you don't like garlic taste.

Terrible, I called twice to ask if they had Crab legs on Saturday and they told me yes, and when I arrived, there wasn't any, I told the person who answers the phone and she told me that she said... Crawfish, and also less and less food , the truth is not worth it, definitely 0 stars

it's no longer called Sakura buffet its called jades buffet i believe . anyways when i went this place was charging around $22.50 per adult children under 2 eat free. i didn't take any children over the 2 year mark or any seniors so i have no idea if children are half the price of what an adult would be or if they even have senior discounts. the classic coi fish are at the entrance to greet you just make sure you don't touch them or feed them. you no longer get guided to a table or get your drink brought to you by a waiter like before now you do all that yourself.they're still waiters going around to take the dirty dishes of your table but that's about it i don't see the need to tip anymore but it's still and option if you so please. they have a lot of verity of food and its good by far the best(or at least the few times I've been there) shrimp ive had of any buffet they were really good and were not mushy from a spending so much time in the freezer they were what you expect from a salt and pepper shrimp just make sure you hurry and get them as they leave as fast as they came from the tray. my favorite things are the saute mushrooms in a sauce, the pepper chicken/jalapeño chicken, the sea food boil, the chicken on a stick, chow main, and some of the sushis just to name a few things. great spot but definitely food is subjective when it comes to flavor so you be the judge for yourself

It’s now called Jade. Everything about this place is low quality, the atmosphere, and food. The red jello tasted like it was made from foot sweat. The kimchi tastes like ketchup. I had to use the restroom twice before I left and wait while others were blowing up the bathroom. I left the restaurant over an hour ago and I’m still having the runs. Wouldn’t recommend and not ever coming back

If you are looking for an Asian Food buffet not far from the 99 Freeway in Bakersfield, California this is one of the options. Not the greatest, but an option. Food is ok. Plenty of parking. This restaurant has had name changes often and I don’t know the reason. Some of the food is not that fresh and Lok’s like many other buffets: make bundles of food without considering quality. The restaurant is not that clean and there is a little smell, and is not the food but something else. I was not greeted at the entrance and that is big for me. I want to feel welcomed! Some people don’t care, but I do. Very small tables so are the chairs. Be careful with cross contamination of the food if you are allergic to some. Price is reasonable, but other buffets charge around the same for better food and service.

They also have A station where you can have A plate made fresh. You put what you want on it and they cook it for you.

It's no longer Sakura Buffet. It is Jade Buffet and does Sushi and BBQ.

It is now JADE BUFFET. It got worse. I would go occasionally to Sakura, but this change of name and ownership is a deal breaker. Just like that practically overnight they took a moderate Chinese buffet and ruined it. The food is not fresh and the low bid stuff all the way and you can taste it, Blah! No bueno, me no go again....

What a tremendous value, I'm a big human being filling me up isn't cheap for a buffet style restaurant I'm satisfied everything was average to above average nothing was overly offensive the food I did pick made it worth my money spent, the staff kept things cleaned and moving with fresh food. Drinks per order included with options of tea and coffee. I'll be more likely to return and the health rating is A at the time I visited.
