I’ve been eating at saltys for around 5 years , I wanted to show my friend from out of town the food , but unfortunately today , the brisket was mostly burnt pieces , I’ve never had this experience before . The Mac and cheese and chili beans were just like they’ve always been 🔥 but the main course was disappointing , I guess they don’t care about Uber eats orders as much as dine-in . I’ll attach some photos , I should’ve just gotten the tri-tip I guess . Time and...

My mother is from San Antonio Texas so I know that brisket is supposed to be tender. The brisket was really hard. You can break a windshield with it.
Mac & cheese was great, Potato salad was good but mediocre, The chicken in my chicken sandwich was dry. Also, they need a microphone to let guest know their numbers that are sitting far away from the actual building. Can’t believe this place made it on TV.

Everything was good except for the ribs. They were a little dry. I ordered a tri-tip and rib meal. The coleslaw was good. Service was fast and the experience was good. I recommend this place.
