She asked for the description of my card and I said a blue Sam’s Club card.
Mastercard?
No, a Sam’s Club card.
Visa?
No mam, just a Sam’s Club card.
Went over this a few times until I thought I must be saying something wrong or she can’t hear me!
So once again, in a clear voice,
“ just a Sam’s Club card, the one you use to get in the door!”
Got all kinds of attitude with me, saying Sam’s Club has credit cards!
Well I never said it was a credit card and I wasn’t aware!
Kicked her attitude in overdrive so I just walked away saying a couple obscenities under my breath.
She started calling me out while I was already 20 feet away!
Excuse me?! What’d you say!?

I would put zero stars but sadly there is no option for that. Highly disappointed with the quality of the pepperoni pizza. There's only like 3 pepperonis on it however before the pizza would be fully covered as it should. It doesn't look appetizing at all. I believe the girl named Citlally with glasses was making the pizzas. She needs to be trained on how to make pizzas look good because the way she makes them, no one would want to eat it. I am honestly going to get rid of my membership because I'm constantly having problems at this club.

I sort of feel bad for the employees. They do their best, but they're saddled with clueless managers. It's just a complete amateur show compared to Costco's food court. They are always out of the simplest things and never as fully staffed as they need to be.

Literally, the wait time and by the time you finally get to the counter to order.....they don't have it!! COSTCO is so much more organized and efficient
