This stall always has the longest lines and I always order the shrimps. I feel like it gives you the most value for your money especially seeing how big the servings are but unfortunately, it's only the quantity that makes it worth it. I find the taste too salty and the service is not remarkable, if not lacking. I just tend to go back when I am extremely hungry but otherwise, I'd recommend trying something else from the food court.

I miss what this place used to be. I remember it being so good and all the Japanese employees were so nice and friendly. I’m not sure if they have a new owner as it had been a while since I had came here. The food was okay, the shrimp were undercooked which caused me to start throwing up later in the evening. The cashier and one of the cooks were kind but I felt like some of the other cooks were annoyed. Not only that but they were making comments about their personal lives and as a woman I felt uncomfortable. Time and place guys. I asked one of them if they had sriracha sauce and he just shook his head, rolled his eyes, and looked away. Its not my fault he’s unhappy where he’s at.

Wish I could give 0 stars! I used to love this place but I went today and they had roaches!!!!! Very nasty. Don’t recommend no more. They were crawling on the walls and the counter where they make food!

Hands down the best location ! ? they cook it to perfection and slaps everytime! Been to a few other Saku and it just wasn’t the same
This is the food selection in the food court of the mall where you see people waiting in line, and the line is longer than any other line in the food court, and this is usually the case. They make the food on an open grill, and the irresistible smell floods the area. No wonder they are the best selling choice in the food court. A little more expensive than year's past, but no one still comes close

This place sucks and somehow skipped my family's order and waited 20 minutes longer than we should have. Terrible terrible place and highly don't recommend. They also didn't seem to care that they messed up, just terrible service and felt highly disrespected.

Whenever I'm near the mall I have to stop by Sarku Japan. It smell freakin amazing. It's an old favorite. They have some awesome chicken teriyaki that my whole family loves. The veggie rolls are so good too. I love that you can see them making the food right in front of you. They always ask if you want more teriyaki sauce or hot sauce before you leave. They are also really nice and quick which doesn't look easy with all the customers.
