I got the Waldorf Chicken—yummy sandwich, yummy concept, but the chicken salad mix was pretty pepper heavy. Still loved it though!

I ordered for pick up, because I was in a hurry. I arrived about 3 minutes after my estimated pick up time (4:45) and no bag. I didn't leave with my order until 5:04. Several other dine in customers, as well as pick up came and were served before my order was ready. I could forgive this, but I found a piece of CHICKEN in the salad I ordered. So not only was it pointless to order ahead, I put a piece of an animal flesh that I do not eat in my mouth. Unsure if I can come here again. Too bad, I liked it and was willing to pay for the quality.

The food here is good and tastes fresh. I love the soup and the salads. They give free water cup. They have fountain drinks. Indoor seating is comfortable and with controlled indoor air. Soothing music and clear glass windows. Fresh bread and variety of chips.

I do not know why the food here taste so much different than the downtown location and I have tried it on several occasions thinking the first time was a fluke and was still highly disappointed! I'll just stick to the downtown location!!!!

Delicious cold tuna sandwich. The carrot cake had a bit too much raisins. BBQ hot Tri-Tip sandwich.

The sandwich was good. I had the New Yorker. It was NOT worth the price of $17, but it was good.
The Yukon Potato Salad was gross.
The reason for the three stars is that the sandwich and the service was good.
If the service had not been good I would have dropped my rating to two stars.
The place was packed, as usual, but the people working there were still friendly and quick.
It was loud as usual, but friendly.
I still recommend Sequoia Sandwich Company, but, do not get the potato salad.

We drove by here, and a sandwich sounded good. They acted confused when I asked them about a soup and sandwich combo. When I went to order, they were out of all of their soups. So I left. I can't believe I went to a soup and sandwich place and they were out of soup.
