I Told The Manager Jessica That Was Rude And Very Disrespectful She's Supposed To Be Perfessional And She Just Told Us Have A Good Day Nobody Should Ever Feel Like There Not Welcomed At A Establishment That Really Put A Bad Taste In My Mouth About This Place Just Because Your Management Don't Give You The Right To Treat Customers Poorly Regardless Of Your Past Issues With Someone You Have To Remain Perfessional At Work.

Great quality pastrami sandwiches, tuna sandwich, cajun chicken sandwich was a delicous lunch with family and will order again for that great prompt service!

Good sandwich and selection. Good service and fairly quick for the lunch rush. Very busy during lunch so minimal seating. All seemed fresh and prepared well. I will be back to try some of the other selections!

Im very disappointed about my visit. I ordered my food, paid for it but had to wait over 30 mins! I saw other people pay for their order and get their food about 8 other customers to be exact. And I only got 30 minutes for lunch, also I don’t get to eat until 8 o’clock when I get home.What was disappointing the most about my visit was that I didn’t get any food and ended up getting a refund for how long they were taking. I found out after calling they lost my order, Which is why I had to wait. Very disappointed with the service.

Got the pastrami, roast beef, bistro salad, grilled cheese, oatmeal cookie and snickerdoodle cookie. Everything was yummy! Will be back for sure

Wonderful sandwiches when you are downtown. Crowded at lunch time, but the line moves quickly. Great selection of desserts to tempt you while you are waiting for your turn to order.

Over priced for mediocre sandwiches.. Service is non existent, order was sitting ready for 15 minutes behind the counter and had to be asked for because apparently not all orders are announced or placed where the “online orders” are. Employees see you waiting for service and let you stand there. Salads were warm this time, and sandwiches are consistently lukewarm and soggy from condensation in their unventilated containers. Probably won’t be back.

We stopped by for lunch, my mother-in-law got a sandwich I don't remember which one. I got the 1/2 size chicken Caesar salad and my husband got the chili. They have changed the direction you line up to order since we were last here, we moved out of state. My salad was good, the sandwich was soggy and my husband's chili was nothing like we remembered it was very thin and only luke warm, you also now have to pay extra for cheese and onions! We had a very hard time finding a place to sit because single patrons were sitting in the larger tables instead of the tables for 2, so there were no tables big enough to accommodate us. My husband choked when he saw the total for what we ordered for mediocre food and no place to sit. Obviously we won't be back anytime soon.
Order a kids sandwich with no veggies just gave me turkey, for $7 I could have just bought the pound of turkey at the store, they didn't add no mayo /cheese! ?
