Placed order at 11:41, today’s special soup /grilled cheese and a peanut butter cookie. Watched as many customers after me received their food. I finally got a workers attention and asked about my order at 12:01 she returned to my table 12:04 saying it will be right up maybe 5 minutes. 12:10… nothing yet. My food was delivered to my table 12:13. That is a crazy wait for soup and a sandwich.

Great service and food. A little pricey but worth it once in a while. I highly recommend their chili! Not so spicy but enough to get that savory taste.

The turkey roast club was fantastic. Perfect pairing with mayonnaise avocado. Super large portions. The desert options of chocolate cake carrot cake and cheesecake were delicious.

Highly recommend for lunch time option menu.

Sequoia sandwich is wonderful! This location has the best attitude! We drive way out of our way to go to this location. Today I passed 3 other locations, 2 on the way to it & another on my way home from it. Best food. Best location. Best employee attitudes.

Crappy menu with no pictures. Lady at the register was polite but seemed to not want to be there. My order experience felt rushed and it sucked

Order person; polite but not friendly; there to do the job; nothing else.
Customers; staring rudely at my autistic 3 year old grandson. Then again this was the Seven Oaks location.
California Pastrami; terrible; supposed to be a roasted sandwich; the pastrami was roasted to the point it was black and burnt; the roll was not toasted at all; just filled with blackened pastrami; mustard barely visible; had to add more mustard. This used to be a delicious sandwich but that was at the Rosedale and near Marketplace locations.
Chicken Caesar sandwich; TOO much dressing; tossed half away.

Review: Sequoia Sandwich Company

I recently visited Sequoia Sandwich Company, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Everything seemed to have shrunk—thinner bread, thinner meat, and smaller portions overall. It felt like I was getting a slider, and even the rice crispy treats were cut in half.

But what made it worse was the lack of flavor. The food had no taste at all, making the meal feel like a waste of time and money. I used to enjoy eating here, but with these changes, I won’t be coming back.

Ordered a Sicilian for delivery and the sandwich did not have as much meat as usual. Disappointing.

I got a wrap. It was a little dry as served but they glady brought me some ranch dressing which made the whole thing just "pop!"

I was charged twice for our meal. Once I realized, i was 140 miles away. I called twice (left messages for the manager) and emailed 3 times (no replies to any of them) to try and get our refund. Our family eats at Sequoia every time we come back to our hometown, but we will not be spending another penny here again. I strongly urge anyone who dines here to check your bank accounts & make sure you are not overcharged.
