Didn’t get our order right and than wanted to take food back threw the window after they got our order wrong and didn’t even know what drinks they gave us and didn’t mark them and than had a attitude because I asked which was the vanilla Pepsi and they were unsure and then responded I don’t give u a vanilla Pepsi and asked for all the drinks back threw the window

It took forever to get the order ready and than it wasn’t what I asked for, just a simple hamburger with NO cheese and no onions. It came with cheese! Sorry but not time to run back and complain.
Amazing every time! My son and I usually go every Sunday for dinner & get 2 #4’s (western burger) with Dr. pepper and a ranch on the side and it hits the spot every single time. The food is delicious, you can definitely taste the fresh ingredients and love they put into the food. The customer service is fantastic (all of the people who have helped at the window have been so nice!), and the quality is exceptional especially for the very reasonable cost. From time to time I have to change up my order from my favorite because honestly, everything we have had has been so worth ordering again! Thank you for being awesome Shake N’ Buns! We appreciate you! ☺️
