I ordered a few items about 11 am today. When I get to the window to pay they try to tell me if I use my credit/debit card they charge $2.25!!! The merchant service fees are the cost of doing business for them. They should not be making their customers pay their fees. I will never go back. 0.50 is one thing but $2.25 is just robbery. I live pretty close by and visit at least once a week but not anymore

I give this place a five star! It was actually very delicious. I've slept on this place many years and the burgers were juicy fresh and delicious. Chili cheese fries were great as well. Definitely recommend.

I love the hamburgers at this place more than In and Out Burger. The fries are definitely better. They make great ranch too. Can't go wrong with a shake. My personal fave is pineapple.
Food is great especially the shake n buz off of white lane, they know have better time management, and fullfil orders, but time management and completing orders here on hageman is not up to par. They did not check there orders before giving them to the consumer.They didn't check my bag to see if I got my complete food to my order, i ordered in advance and I paid for food they didn't put in my order. So the sides I ordered weren't in my bag when I picked it up, it was my fault for not double checking and there isn't an excuse because it was pouring rain. When I called and asked if they can refund me because hageman is far. They just told me to come back for them to give me my sides I paid for..... so service on the time management or the completion of customers satisfaction of the order is a low rating for me. I paid for nothing when I ordered sides thanks shake n bunz, enjoyed the air I paid for

Oh my goodness my burger was DELICIOUS !! I ordered the California burger combo with extra pickles, it was so good and the avocado in it just made it tastier ! My husband ordered the Double classic and he was pleased we chose to eat here and ate every bite . They have a great family meal too , we'll definitely come back and order that . I have to add that the customer service here was really nice and friendly . I especially liked how they packed our food so nicely .
