The food was really good but the service was very slow. We got our sushi roll before our drinks. The hibachi was delicious but we were there for over 2 hours and there wasn't very busy there.

The food was average. But the service was just poor. The tables were very dirty. The seats are very hard. They completely missed my wife's meal. The chef coughed in his bare hand and just continued to cook. They didn't refill drinks unless you flagged them down and asked. And the AC was broken, so we had a giant fan blowing directly on us the whole time.

The smell of urine was overwhelming when we first walked it. The place needs major cleaning from top to bottom. Tables, chairs, floors, every inch of the place needs cleaning.

My low rating for service is not a reflection of the cooks! They are amazing and it's always a good time. The girl that seats everyone and takes orders is not good at all! I've been here a couple times within the last 3 months and she's slow, doesn't get any refills and dissappears all together. People from my group had to get their own refills for drinks and recently she double charged another person in my party staying she thought it was her tip!! Besides her service I love the food and the guys that cook the food are amazing!

I was in there this past Wednesday. The cook did not know his meats. One person asked for rice, no veggies. He ended up giving her it anyway. And she gladly took it. When it came to serving me rice, there was not enough. He was just scrapping around. He did make the person her rice with no veggies. When it came to the meat, mine was really over cooked. The same person with the rice ended up with two orders of meat, new York steak and filet minion. Another person had to wait on her order of meat since the cook messed up. We should have all got a free meal.

Great place to go with family. But, going on a date night with my pregnant wife was another story. We couldn't be seated / eat here. Due to over booking. So they turned us away. I used to come here all the time. But, after being turned away my wife and I try Kan Pai in Bakersfield. It was over priced but great place to eat, drink, and everything just seems up to date with inside. We will be going here for now on.
