Don’t let the weird random kitchen tables and (potentially) very loud interior scare you off. The food was incredible for the price point. Very talented sushi chef, creative food - though their menu/presentation/execution needs some work. Their non-hibachi/teppanyaki dinners were great, not sure why they don’t put a bunch of booths and better tables in. We sat at the bar on a Monday night and it got a tad rowdy behind us/big groups/crying babies - though I am a tad sensitive to this. Bartender was attentive but overwhelmed with the to go orders (which I’m glad they’re so busy!) Food was delish. For 3 people to eat and drink well I thought was very reasonable, about $40-$50 per person with tip. Fish was fresh, sushi presented nicely, everything was the proper temperature when served and tasty. If the owner of this place took a hard look at some things and gave it a little bit of polish/love and some more/better seating for the non-hibachi customers, this place could be a gem. Also seems like maybe giving the sushi counter a small countertop fryer would help with the flow in the kitchen. Aside from some frayed ends/things that could be polished up, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. And this is coming from an experienced restaurant owner and chef with Michelin 3-star experience.

food was okay not worth the price very smokey in there prepare to leave smelling like it our cook was unprofessional once he showed up he looked drunk he made inappropriate comments to a 13 year old! all we got out of it was a 20% off none of us even finshed our meals of how uncomfterable we were, he also tried gettin my brother to purchase him a beer when he did the whole rice toss thing he made a comment to me "whos your papichulo" soo awkward not the best 1st time experience i honestly dont recommend.

It's not worth what we paid. The food is good, but it looks like they went to the dump and picked up people old tables and chairs for their restaurant. It looks like a little roadside bar with over priced food and drinks.
I just want to put my honest take on this place. We gathered here last night myself and friends. We had a reservation, so we arrived and after being there for a few minutes we were told to have a seat so we weren't blocking the entry. Its just a large room with tepenyaki grills. Everything is basic including the seats. Nothing special, the hostess seemed a bit rude to be truthful. But I ignored it. We were all allowed to get seperate tabs which was awesome. We were taken to our spot and we had a waitress take our drink order and food order, she was pleasant. The chef finally came after a few minutes and started his thing. I thought he was nice and fun which made it good. He cooked everything was great he asked about allergies and it was nice and tasty. So except for the lack of decore and the hostess being a bit rude and unfriendly, we had a good time. Would I return its a maybe because of the hostess, but the chef was great. I wish the place looked nicer.

Quite impressed. The teppanyaki chef gave us a good show/presentation. The teppanyaki/hibachi meal at dinner includes miso soup, salad with ginger dressing, fried rice was seasoned well and was satisfying with enough fat, grilled vegetables and protein. The vegetarian meal included tofu, $21. Lunch is $16 and doesn't come with lunch. The bathrooms could use a good cleaning.

Pretty good food and decent prices. We usually dont have to wait long and we always leave full. We'll be back again soon! Definitely a spot for a loud birthday celebration or group dinner.

Sorry SoGun, but I just can't with you guys until changes are made. I understand things happen but yeah... I have no desire to attend the restaurant. It's Smokey in there, seems like poor hoods or ventilation system. Horrible place to take a date. Service can be improved in many ways, time & quality,... I had wine that was served in an old plastic ashy picnic glass... my scallops were cooked on low heat with no sear... and the tricks & jokes need to be updated. I feel like the standard is really low right now. Lighten up on the butter as well. All onions as veggies, plus extra onion in the rice, cmon guys. I'll try back in a year. Not recommended at this moment in time. No pics because I just wanted to leave

Then I asked if I can have pineapple juice and he bluntly said no but yet he got the girl sitting next to me a drink and I that is unfair. I don't know his name but he looks like Harry Potter that goes to the gym and he wears a watch and has a tattoo on his neck
