Just a white guy from Vegas, but I have had a ton of Mexican food. Good and not so good. I have had it homemade from Mexican friends which is the best. Si Senor is about as close as I have come to that.
It is legit good. I will post a picture but you can't taste the picture. The picture will look like a normal burrito but I assure you it is different.
Diablo burrito is what I had. Excellent, spicy but not over powering, excellent flavor. I do like spicy so maybe not for everyone but try something else. My guess is it will also be excellent!
Went back recently and tried the three enchiladas. Also very good.
I go back every time I am in town.

When people start complaining about the 1% they miss the 95%+ of what the business is providing.
Si Senor delivers.
We’ve made two visits over the last two weeks and cannot fault anything. The food is fabulous, the service is on the money without being over the top.
This is a great restaurant and I for one cannot fault it. Value for Money, Fresh & Friendly. Five Stars.

I come here for lunch and it truly not only has the best food, but service! The ranchera shrimp enchiladas are by far my favorite!

Every year, I travel to Bakersfield. I stop at this restaurant. My past experiences have always been very pleasant. As always, I was speaking with my group about our event for the day. Our waiter started off very efficiently and kind. We were all barely halfway through our meals when he brought the tabs to each of us. This is where the service went from 5 stars down to 2 stars. One of my group members misplaced her debit card and she was quite upset. I was trying to take her off the ceiling and this waiter keeps checking literally EVERY TWO MINUTES to see if I'm paying cash or card, to which I told him we are trying to get this all squared away, just be patient please. The way this guy kept hovering over us made us feel like he thought we were trying to steal food. I do have a mild disability, and it doesn't really show unless someone keeps prodding at me like this. I had a mental block because of all of the chaos. I'm trying to eat my food, help my group locate a lost debit card, and all our server could obsess over was whether I was paying card or cash. Everybody else we've ever had wait on us has been very kind to us over the years. (For context: the restaurant WAS NOT BUSY, they weren't understaffed, and there wasn't a single person waiting for a table.)
This encounter took place last Saturday on June 28th around 5:30. It was definitely less busy than expected. I hope they will train their employees not to harass honest customers for method of payment when something like this happens.

New ownership has really turned this restaurant around. The food is amazing. The bar area is comfortable. It’s a great place to support. The entire family is involved, dads on the grill while mom and daughter serves you, son is in the bar. They all make you feel welcome.
