My mother and I parked next to one of the menus and pressed the red button to order and waited about 15 minutes without a response. Another customer pulled up next to us and recieved service right away even though we had pressed our button to order before them. We tried another menu thinking the previous one might have not been working and we pressed the button to order and still recieved no service so we left out of frustration.

I waited 27 minutes and never got an order through I have to walk down the street to the Jack in the box because nobody wanted to take my order and I wasn't the only one there was two people in front of me that had also left before me so I still give him the benefit of the doubt of waiting and when I saw it was almost 30 minutes I left there's a bunch of food down the street anyways 💯🤦🏻♂️

I went here this morning and omg I met Melissa she is sooo nice and made my day. Great customer service, friendly and amazing smile... I will be back here (especially after how the employees act at jack in the box)
