Everything was fine till I got home and realized they didn't put the coney meal in my order and charged me for it. I tried to call, but their unprofessional phone line wouldn't even connect me to the store. Went to bed hungry and have to be at work at 3am.

Made an online it said it would be ready in 15 minutes.I showed up in 20 minutes when I advice them I was here to pick up it still took 13 minutes to get my order

I have never experienced a fast food restaurant like this one. Poor customer service, Rude employees. I went today and bought $112 worth of food to still get charged $25 cents for a “ranch “ I asked for to dip my “chicken tenders “ in . The lady at the window said “I put some in the bag for you” to get home with no sauce what so ever. I called the store to speak to a manager and no answer . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I have never written such a bad review, I don't even have the words to say how bad this place is. After waiting 25min for our order, it was completely wrong.
Not what I expect from a Sonic. We don't have a Sonic where I'm from, so when we get the opportunity to have Sonic, it's a treat. This place disappointed to a level I have never seen from a chain restaurant.
Avoid this location, the drug addicts next door make this location unbearable to eat at.
Nice location but horrible service, for some reason every time I visit they mess up my order. When I let them know they don't even attempt to fix the order sadly. Most of the time it's something small like a drink size or a side, so I don't even bother because I don't feel like having a pointless argument. Every time I go, a blonde skinny woman who works the window usually gives me attitude for no reason. Generally I respect any fast food worker because I know how hard it is to work in retail and fast food, but her behavior is unacceptable.
I don't know if this happens to others, but take my review with a grain of salt and try it for yourselves. Hopefully everyone has a better experience than I've had.
Parking: The parking is kind of unique due to the entrance and the exit. If the drive thru gets busy there would be no way out of the parking lot due to the layout.

They take forever on your order. Only have one dude doing the orders. I had a pick up time at 7:05 it’s currently 7:40 and going.
