I have been 4 times for the samething because it has been very good. The customer service is excellent all 4 times. With 4 different people. You don’t get customer service like this to often anymore. Absolutely give them 5 stars.

Got 2 cream shakes and what I received had to of been made with rotten milk. You could clearly see that the milk was already separated and of coarse I bought them at night time and I wasn't paying attention to them and started drinking one and I got so sick. Worst experience I ever had at sonic on roberts lane.

this sonic was completely empty when i came to pick up an online order. I waited and waited and cars went in and out of the drive through while i was sitting there. It wasn’t until i had to ask if they forgot about my food 30 minutes later did they come out with a melted shake and cold fries. horrible service.

We used the car hopper service which was rapid, cordial, and we'll accepted by my granddaughter.
Parking: Parking is primarily pulling into a stall with an electronic ordering system, pictures of offerings, and when ready to order you push a button to interact with an employee. The system informs you when the car hop is bringing your order
