Nastiest food I’ve had in a long while. Oildale has gone to ruins, so has its customer service and food. Maybe 8 years ago it was great. This is just disgusting.

Ordered cinna sticks with icing, I did NOT get the icing! Next time we were out we stopped to let them know (April) we were short and we needed the icing. They said they were out so I asked for a refund without the icing they are not worth the money. They REFUSED to give me my money back. We will NEVER go back!

Always a line and the menu light is broken and they are always running out of ice cream!!!!!!Have since started using the app and it is amazing ? order your items and within minutes your order is brought to you... I love it!?

Honestly it's overall decent food it's exactly what you expect from a place in the middle of all the traffic and stuff so it is what it is but also I like how you can come up Park and chill and eat and not get Disturbed and it just feels like a nice drive in movie

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Employees are so rude rushed me through my order. They asked if I had anything else I responded yes and they cut me off and told me my total and to drive up. At the window they seemed very irritated and like they didn't want to be there. Very rude when I reminded them that my chicken sandwhich was plain because she just kept cutting me off when I was ordering. They definitely need to re staff because their workers were acting like they are on drugs

Delano Sonics Horrible drive thru experience... long wait Lack of customer service Every-time I go there I'd wait over 35mins for a small order. Ridiculous! That's why my family and I will never step foot in this place

Employees should all be fired. Waited 30 minutes for a kids meal and nothing else. Asked them 15min in if they forgot the order they said they are waiting for it to cook still. We're talking 2 strips and some tots. Also watched 8 cars go by in the drive thru. The whole team should be replaced. I'm sure this is a direct reflection on the management.
