Today was my last straw I usually come to this location because they are Good and fast for online orders, I came today 12/18/25 to order a route 44 Coca Cola with blue boba and vanilla syrup, the first time they came with the soda it tasted like absolute garbage, (flat, not sweet at all) I told them i needed it to remade. I even had the dude try the drink himself and he agreed with me that the drink was not sweet. and they helped me out no problem went back to remake the drink and when I go to try it again it was exactly the same taste (flat and not sweet at all) you would think a Coca Cola would be sweet this drink tasted like watered down coke that’s been sitting for 30 minutes, after the 2nd drink that wasent sweet I asked for a Dr Pepper instead to see if that would be sweet and when they bring me the Dr Pepper it tasted even worse then both previous drinks that were brought to me. Mind you I was waiting for like 15-20 minutes when I usually only have to wait like 2-5 minutes, super sad and pathetic that they don’t even have soda that is sweet. Don’t know what’s going on but I will not be coming back. You guys can keep your sad products over there, I don’t have time or money to be waisted for a sad pathetic excuse of a drink.

Service and quality has gone way down! My family has been going here a long time back. Very disappointing. Last order was on app to make it easy with the added syrup etc… when arrived told it wasn’t ready yet , waited ten minutes or so for our expensive order of milkshakes that was completely melted !!! Staff was rude about it the girl rolled her eyes at us when I brought it up. Completely Ridiculous -most likely not even going back.

Food has gone down on quality. I ordered a Jr cheese burger, and they only put pickles cheese and ketchup no flavor. The meat was dryer than the Mojave desert idk if they fix this stuff I'll move them back up to a 5 stars

So nasty!!! My son ate half of these strips when I noticed it was raw!!!! All they offered was a refund for the food and acted like it was normal?? I'm worried for my son who's under 5 since he ate almost half of the both strips. Employees should be trained to check the food before giving it out!!!!

I went to sonic today and they took 30 min to get me my order. Then the order I received was wrong I tried to inform them that my order was wrong which took another 15 minutes to get there attention to come and talk to me. After another 20 minute a I finally got the correct order and the lady had the nerve to accuse me of stealing food from the order I was given that was wrong and she tried to sit there and argue with me. I will never go back to this sonic. Never had such bad service in my life.

I come early in the morning waiting for my mom to come out of the dentist right next door the girl who usually gives me my food with the blond like hair who’s always wearing a bun she who more on the shorter side makes my experience worth coming here love that girl she my favorite worker there 10/10 best worker shout out to her I be seeing her getting every ones orders out not taking to long and she’s super friendly

The wait is pretty lengthy but they make up for it with fresh hot food and I don’t recall ever having a problematic or incorrect order. I prefer this location over the downtown one for sure.
