I can finally say I had the worst experience at any drive-in I’ve ever been to. I ordered a hamburger, no mayonnaise, no cheese. I hate mayonnaise and I didn’t want their cheap cheese. I was headed to an appointment so I drove off and later opened my hamburger only to find cheese and mayonnaise on it. I was starving and I didn’t have time to go back so I tried to eat some of it and almost gagged. I later went back and showed them the burger and they said because I ate some of it they could not refund my money, even though my ORDER WAS CLEARLY WRONG. I had the receipt showing no mayonnaise. I had the food showing mayonnaise on it . The manager was very unprofessional and wouldn’t listen to me. I called the phone line. They said somebody would call me back. I received no phone call. I will never go there again. I also will tell everybody I know to avoid that horrible place. Don’t know how they can stay in business with this poor service

I understand it was during rush, but the stalls around me got there after me yet were helped and severed first.i only wanted a drink. Took 10 minutes for them to take my order and another 5 for the drink. That was wrong.

Rude incompetent employees work here. 2 out of 5 times our order isnt even correct and this evening the employee had an attitude towards myself and spouse. We drove out of our way to a different location to our drinks. Last time going to Rosedale location

I just spent $40 on 6 shakes here which is not the problem. We waited a good 20+ minutes for our order which is also understandable. The problem is you gave me a shake with the lid half on and it spilled all over my car which means I am out a shake and I have to clean my car. When I asked if they would remake it they said no. Really? REALLY?

I contacted the corporate support center and was simply told "thanks for telling us". Was I provided with a coupon for lemonade as compensation? No -- I'll be going elsewhere from now on. You don't treat customers like that, not in this economy

The night room please here must really hate their jobs or something. The girl taking our order was half asleep and quite rude. I only ordered one item and then the girl tried to keep our change even though she didn't even ask for a tip. The girl assumed it was hers
