Went to this sonic after 10.40 pm and my order was over $50 and the lady didn't except my $100 bill. She told me that all sonics in Bakersfield don't take $100 bill well I left and went to a different sonic because $100 was all i had and they took the bill with no problem. I talked to that worker and she told me they should of accepted the $100 bill and told me that that sonic is weird for saying that.

We placed an order ahead at 9:07 and waited about 40 minutes but still hadn't gotten our order. We pressed the red button to speak to someone but still didnt get an answer for about 10 minutes. This was only for 2 drinks which was crazy because there were only about 3 other people there. Thanks for wasting my money

Unfortunately clients retrained from going to restaurants for the poor actitud of the employees.
All I ask the employees to please. Confirm my order as I seen I was missing my tots she took my bag and came back an I was still missing another order of tots I ask her to please check again my order I immediately received bad attitude an faces I felt so uncomfortable that I curent even eat my food afterwards. U fully understand if someone ask you in a bad attitude but at no point did I gave them attitude for there mistakes.

I showed up 15 minutes before closing to satisfy my pregnancy craving which was just a blue coconut slush & the girl told me through the intercom that they were closed and I asked if they closed at 11? She said yes so i was like okay a little sad but I hurried over to the one on Mall View Rd and they got my order at this location

This was my first time going to this Sonic and it was horrible! The burger was cold and the meat tasted old. They put a bunch of tater toys at the bottom of my fries, I think as a filler, and they didn't put the sauce on the burger! How do you forget to put the sauce on the burger??? I got a dry burger. I called to tell them about the burger being cold and no sauce and the girl basically called me a liar and offered zero compensation or apology. I will never go to this restaurant again. Horrible service and disgusting food.

Don't order using the Sonic app they usually don't have the food ready at the time specified so if you're on lunch or any type of time dictated crunch they will not have your order ready and it will take forever
