This was my first time going to this Sonic and it was horrible! The burger was cold and the meat tasted old. They put a bunch of tater toys at the bottom of my fries, I think as a filler, and they didn't put the sauce on the burger! How do you forget to put the sauce on the burger??? I got a dry burger. I called to tell them about the burger being cold and no sauce and the girl basically called me a liar and offered zero compensation or apology. I will never go to this restaurant again. Horrible service and disgusting food.

Don't order using the Sonic app they usually don't have the food ready at the time specified so if you're on lunch or any type of time dictated crunch they will not have your order ready and it will take forever

Ordered 4 shakes at this sonic a little before I arrived. There were only 2 cars in the stalls. I checked in as I would as soon as I got there and I waited 15 minutes for my order that didn't arrive at that time. I pressed the red button and had to wait another 10 minutes in order to ask them about my order. Then again had to wait another 10 minutes. Also one of my shakes weren't what I ordered which is ridiculous. I won't ever be coming back to this sonic. I rather drive all the way to Mall View and order from that sonic instead.

Unlike the other Sonics in the area, you get what you see on the menu. The breakfast burritos are HUGE! The service was outstanding, the iced tea was fresh and tasty.

Location is in Bakersfield coming from the Kern River. With only 2 employees on site; it took about 20 minutes to receive my food. Ordered Tater Tots, received fries; burger was okay; Cherry Limeade slushie was TOO sweet - had to throw away the drink. I do like Sonic's; so rather than completely give up on the food chain; I'll just try a different location.
We ordered 2 shakes at this location, only two shakes, the Oreo Chocolate Shake and the Oreo Cheesecake shake. The service to get these shakes was abysmal. Our server, Camdin, had alerted us that they were on their way, however he went to a different car, and we had to wait another 10 minutes to receive our order. We waited for 30 minutes only to receive 2 chocolate shakes, which is not what we ordered.
We eventually got in touch with a manager and they gave their word that they would help us and took one of our shakes back promising to return soon with a proper set of replacements (ie. What we actually ordered). After a whopping 20 minutes of waiting, we had finally received our order properly, although, the Oreo Cheesecake was expired and gave a sour taste when eaten.
After this realization, we went to the drive thru to resolve this issue as pressing the button to call over employees had led to an egregious wait time. After another 15 minutes , we eventually got through to the window, and our expired shake was taken, and we had it replaced by an Oreo Peanut Butter shake. This shake had no issues present and we thus left after being there for a rough 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Ordered a shake with a Oreo mix in which they charge extra for. FYI not a mix in just a topper for .60 got an Oreo cookie crumbled on top. Very misleading shouldn't be sold as a mix in which leads me to believe the pieces will be mixed in my shake. Can't call Niles location to ask because when you dial the phone number it says the magic jack customer you are trying to reach is not unavailable. Will not return to this location.
