Went to get a drink on the happy hour special. Rachel decided that my order doesn't get the happy hour special even though it says right on the site that the redbull slushes count towards half off. Proceeds to tell me there's nothing she can do even though I showed her a receipt with the drinks on discount from the other day and all she could do is give excuses and question the validity of my receipt where do you find these people?

First, don’t get me started with the location I got robbed 3 times while ordering my food very dangerous here .Second, I couldn’t park my semi truck in one of the stalls to order food so i had to go home 200 miles away to pick up my car and come back to order my food smh ?♂️Last of all , they put pickles and tomatoes on my hamburger are they trying to kill me or something that’s crazy!!!The food was IghtParking: My semi truck with a 53 ft trailer didn’t fit in the stall smh ?♂️

I met my mom there, and first thought they were closed. Then out of nowhere the one person that was working popped up! I gotta give it to her she was doing everything by herself! The drive thru, the people in cars, and us we are on their patio. But very un friendly, and short with us while we ordered! Now I understand she was by herself, but if u don't like working with the public find a different job! The food was not all that either. The popcorn chicken I ordered seemed like it was sitting for hours! But no one else complained about their burgers! So that's a plus. And no refills was kinda stupid also. Especially when we sat there an ate.

This is my favorite Sonic in town! Staff are awesome - polite, friendly, competent, food is good, drinks are better here than many other Sonic locations in town - the mix ratio is just right , not to watery, etc…

Girl taking the order was very rude. We were very loud saying our order and she kept saying she couldn't hear us. No smile, rushed us through our order. She asked another girl to serve us and she as well was very rude. When asked why are you guys so rude?, her reply was, I'm very busy, I have a lot of tickets to tend to and I made your food with love. As she's closing the window. So, my sister's reply, I doubt it. I will think twice about driving 3 hours again to just come to eat here. I do believe I saw that your establishment is closing, now I see why.
