The workers are very rude n unprofessional. I asked for light my whole cup is filled with ice and the drink is very rushed and tastes horrible. And we ordered 20 minutes ahead of time and got there and only one drink was made and the workers got an attitude when I asked where my other drink was at.

Staff seem to be unable to do there job properly, so much so they can’t answer the phone to attend an order they did wrong.I ordered a venti coffee size and they sent it out half way.

Today around 10Am the store faced technical difficulties but that didnt stop the staff from going above and beyond with my order. They were very professional and because of this, this location has become my favorite in Bakersfield.
All the Starbucks I have been too in Bakersfield are Great. My gf works at Starbucks so. Lol

This location takes forever waited 20 minutes last time and when I place mobile orders they take 10-15 minutes longer than the time they say. Can’t waste my entire lunch waiting here starting to drive 5 more minutes to the California location just to have better service.
