The amount of times I have came to this location and got watered down coffee is insane! Customer service is great but the coffee not so much. It makes me upset because I pay about $6-$7 a cup of coffee and I get it watered down. Breaks my heart honestly

Today the woman on the headphones was completely rude! I asked for a Matcha latte with strawberry cold foam in the bottom and Yes I know it mixes together but whenever they mix it instead of just putting it in the bottom it makes tooo much foam and now my Venti is a Grande in a venti cup. Usually they are great, their awesome attitude completely changes my mood and makes me forget I was completely tired from work. But today it was not.

The location was a little challenging to park and restroom guests before us had tried using them to shower. I imagine its hard to get in there quickly and clean it when they are so busy. Blake made this visit 5 stars ? the food and drink products were as expected, its Starbucks. Blake made a recommendation that tasted great. He was friendly, witty, and was a hard worker. He made this stop on our 5 hour drive so memorable. Thank you Blake, from the Mike/Ben team!
