girl with glasses and black hair working around 7pm this Monday needs to be fired or disciplined ASAP! horrible attitude, if someone doesn’t like their job they should quit !! Doesn’t greet and doesn’t take order nicely

I’ve always used the location for my daily pick me up for 5 years now and have always been treated with respect and kindness by the staff, today I was helped by Peter and another employee working cafe orders, my ordere was not taken correctly, which I understand, simply a miscommunication, therefore I asked for it to be corrected by the barista behind the bar, I just wanted a pump or two of SFV. As a former Starbucks employee I understand that the job as a barista is about making it right for the customer, with that said, this barista told me with a bad attitude that she needed to get it “approved by a manager”, rather than just simply helping me out with a quick fix. An approval from a manager for a couple pumps of syrup? I feel she went out of her way to be difficult.
Not only did Peter appear inconvenienced by my arrival but the whole experience was just not what I normally expect at this location, or any Starbucks for that matter. I’ll be utilizing an alternate location from now on. Very unfortunate that these two employees could ruin this place for me.
