I went up to get my drink and was waiting for the barista to acknowledge me , but she didn’t. I kindly asked for straw and she didn’t look at me and just threw a cup and sighed and handed me the straw. I was not rude, so I don’t know what her problem was.

I asked for light ice but of course they filled it to the top and when I asked was this light ice they literally poured out some of my drink and gave it back to me like this, like im not one to complain but I mean these drinks cost a pretty penny I believe customers should get what they pay for.

I am so disappointed after a long day at work I wanted a nice drink, instead I got the worst frappe I ever ordered. I ordered a strawberry frappe , with mocha , vanilla bean , extra caramel and I got this … wtf is this 😭 it taste like ice and milk blended with caramel
