Second time I stop at this location and I ask for extra caramel and they don’t add any won’t be stopping at this location anymore I had it with them especially after taking my stars and still charging me for my drink when it was free

When in at 6 am to order a cortado and some oatmeal, the person that was taking my order had the most horrible attitude. We as consumers expect a good service, specifically at 6 am when the day is just starting for most of us.

I went up to get my drink and was waiting for the barista to acknowledge me , but she didn’t. I kindly asked for straw and she didn’t look at me and just threw a cup and sighed and handed me the straw. I was not rude, so I don’t know what her problem was.

I asked for light ice but of course they filled it to the top and when I asked was this light ice they literally poured out some of my drink and gave it back to me like this, like im not one to complain but I mean these drinks cost a pretty penny I believe customers should get what they pay for.
