The person was so rude at the drive thru today May 27th 9:40ish wondering if she like her job or just having A bad day dang. I've never had anyone be so rude at Starbucks! She was a older Mexican lady. Maybe she shouldn't be on drive-thru if she's feeling some type of way. Unless she just didn't like that they were remaking my order from a prior mess up but either way no need to be rude I'm a paying customer and a loyal one at that.

This is my regular starbucks and I adore the staff, especially Karly, Drin, and Grace, although all the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet me and recognize me and often remember my order. If you want friendly service and good coffee this is the starbucks to go to.

So today is I decide to go to Starbucks I normally do come to this location. I never really have a terrible service or bad food. They always get my order right except for ones where they gave me too much ice but I said OK. It’s one mistake so today we decided to get Starbucks before school and we got in line and they had a new guy taking the orders. He just needs to improve on hearing the customer but overall he had a good demeanor, a nice smile and he was very helpful, but I did not appreciate the service at the window and I am going to give the name her name was Carly with a K she didn’t even greet me with her smile she didn’t greet me even look at me. She just said what I had on my order and she gave me the machine to put my card in and then when I asked her, oh I can’t see she said we’ll just move it the way you want it, but it wasn’t with a nice tone and I just felt like she was very robotic so in the future, I would probably suggest for her not to be at the window and then when she gave me the drinks, there was something wrong in my order. I was supposed to have a Patria and she had given me another coffee drink. She said oh they they must’ve mixed them up. They must have the drink was made. She handed me the wrong drink so I think she needs to slow down what is she doing and have a personality
