Three mistakes this week at drive thru. #1: 11/4~ Ordered Venti mocha Frappuccino & told barista at the drive up window. I would like to use stars. She repeated to me, “You want to use your stars?” I said yes. When I got home, I checked to see how many stars I have left. She did not use my stars and charged me $6.75 for my drink. I called the 800 number and they took care of it for me. #2 ~11/5: Ordered tall, hot chocolate with light whip. Label said. NO whip. #3~ 11/6:Ordered tall mango dragon, fruit with water no ice. It was charged $5.25. I knew that wasn’t right as it should be $4.75. I said to the barista at the window it should only be $4.75. I was told the price had increased!! No, that wasn’t right. I checked online to ensure a tall mango dragon fruit with water. No ice was $4.75. I went into the store explained what happened as the label said mango dragon fruit with lemonade no lemonade. That drink is $5.25. They refunded what I paid and received the correct drink at no charge. I told them we are accustomed to Starbucks standards, but something has changed at this location and needs to figure out why. I always enjoy going there every morning, but very unhappy that three mistakes were made just this week. I will start ordering online where I will be able to see what I am paying.

This location is closest by my house, but unfortunately lately I’ve been getting the worst experiences with my orders. From not getting it right with the ingredients to cups not even near the top. They literally are 3/4 full, and I can tell they always get rid of the whip cream( which I always order without whip). I’m a regular customer, but definitely not coming back to this location.

This is a very busy but high quality Starbucks. They used to be better before they redecorated and got rid of the supe comfortable places to sit and work. It is pretty cramped and uncomfortable inside for a long meeting or work session. I'm told that wasn't on accident. Either way, great staff, great coffee, quick turn arounds on orders.

Great place to do work, read, or study. This Starbucks keeps the lobby open until midnight. The staff is professional and friendly. I accidentally dropped my tea and right away they offered to make me another one at no cost.

The person was so rude at the drive thru today May 27th 9:40ish wondering if she like her job or just having A bad day dang. I've never had anyone be so rude at Starbucks! She was a older Mexican lady. Maybe she shouldn't be on drive-thru if she's feeling some type of way. Unless she just didn't like that they were remaking my order from a prior mess up but either way no need to be rude I'm a paying customer and a loyal one at that.

This is my regular starbucks and I adore the staff, especially Karly, Drin, and Grace, although all the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet me and recognize me and often remember my order. If you want friendly service and good coffee this is the starbucks to go to.
