I ordered using the mobile app. I entered the shop, and my order was prepared and ready to go. My order was made exactly to order. The staff was friendly and greeted me upon entry and exit. The store was extremely clean. There is a lot of merchandise for purchase. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is plenty of parking. I recommend the location

Starbucks on white lane worst customer service by far out of all of the locations barista didn't acknowledge me upon entry or re-entry until several min after getting her attention she was just completely rude attitude was horrible and to make it worse she didn't honor the fact that on your birthday Starbucks usually gives you your drink for free she has no name tag on she didn't even have an apron on I could understand if they were busy like they usually are but it was 8:00 pm and we were the only customer really think they could take customer service lessons from there other stores

I was extremely shocked at how disrespectful and unprofessional the manager here along with most of the staff was. I may have not been looking my cleanest since I just got off work but immediately I was bombarded with harassing looks and when I asked to use the restroom they were pounding on the door like they were the police and sure enough a police officer ended up also knocking on the door. I barely had time to clean myself and finish washing my hands. But they were totally judgmental and it was totally uncalled for I was nothing but respectful

If you're going to close earlier than it's posted on the door, post lobby hours separate form drive thru. Closed the lobby almost an hour before YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO CLOSE! Not KOOL!

I went inside today and there was a 30 min wait on drinks. They didn't bother to say anything when I ordered and paid, only when I asked after already waiting 15 mins. There was literally 1 person making drinks. Uber Eats delivery drivers were waiting the same amount of time for their orders. Everyone was very frustrated. The drive thru was 15 cars deep when I left. Awful service. Floor was filthy. Will not be back to the White Ln store.

This location is just not it in my opinion. They never make a good coffee no matter how I change my order and are always out of ingredients and told me recently it takes longer then 30 minutes to get cold brew ready to serve (another location had me wait 5 minutes) the drive through baristas are nice but inside is always rude mean girls and most of the time look like they rolled out of bed.
