Just absolutely horrible customer service. Completely careless team members. Starbucks, losing the value by discriminating against regular humans. You have to be messed up in the head wear rainbow jacket in order to get service seems like it. Very sad.

I really liked Victoria! I actually had a great experience here. I usually feel rushed when I go into starbucks but wanted a drink and snack while I was shopping. First of all the cake pops are amazing, but Victoria spent her time with me showing me what was good and the seasonal drinks. She was so so sweet and was very knowledgeable about everything. She made my bad day that much better with the 5 minutes I was there! And it so clean and organized. I will be back for Victoria AND the Chai latte with pumpkin cold foam ?

Victoria made my drink today with absolute perfection! I ordered a Matcha Frappuccino with strawberry purée and a Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. She was all smiles and her customer service was on point. Thank you!

These baristas couldn't care less about customer service. They're always in a rush, talk over you and ring up whatever they think they heard rather than what you actually said...then they shoot daggers at you when you correct them and they have to remake the drink to thr correct item. I'm definitely done with this location. I'll go to a "real" Starbucks store.

This place is always slow. They need more workers and they need to allow order ahead function on Starbucks app! The slow service make me not even spend money here most times.

This Starbucks is inside of target. I'm not sure why the photographer is taking a picture of a Starbucks on the other side of the parking lot and making it look like it's this particular Starbucks to confuse people. But the Starbucks is inside Target and it's a good store.

If you have an accent or look hispanic do not go here. Me and my family went here last weekend the guy who helped us after he took the order was making fun of my accent with a co-worker, saying how he tried to understand people that are hispanic and having hard time taking their orders. He was making racial comments for the way we Hispanics speak and giggling in a very immature way. Have more respect for color skin people and adults.

Love doing the mobile order at this location. They are always on it & have my order ready when i show up. They always greet me when i walk in & when i leave. It's the small details that make me keep coming back.

I usually go here in the morning before going to work and I always have an amazing experience in the DT. This morning, on 8-21-2021 at 8am, I made the decision to go inside, worst decision ever! The lady who took my order was extremely rude and on top of that they forgot my vanilla bean scone. When I was asked if I needed anything thing else after standing there for a minute or two, the same lady who took my order tossed my scone at me and then just walked away, and on top of that there was a hair in the bottom of my bag! I didn't get her name, but I wish I would've so I could've reported her, seems like she dislikes customers, pretty sad since her job is cusmoter service based. I won't be returning here anymore, and I'll pass this along to my peers as well.
