Hey Starbucks instead of focusing on a customer name so much how bout getting the drinks right! Or telling people you don't have certain things like you always do

Ordered a Horchata shaken espresso with an extra cup of ice. What I got was a regular shaken espresso and no extra cup of ice. The lady that was taking my order was either not having a good day or had something going on.

They take the time on each cup to write something and they are so kind and make the drinks right every time. Love this place so much

Our food was cold still partly frozen, and the service was terrible. The staff was rude.

Jake and Marco went above and beyond to ensure my door dash order was correct. I’ve had a problem with an old order automatically being sent even though I’ve done everything on my end to correct the problem. They remembered the issue and had door dash driver call me to make sure the order was accurate. I can not tell you how much I appreciate the extra effort especially with all the recent changes. Thank you!!

I was biking by and tried to stop for some water & use the bathroom. Turns out you can't do either of those without making a purchase. I left and went to the ihop next door where they accommodated me.

Im a driver for doordash and they refused to let me use the restroom because i wasn't purchasing or picking up an order.. Very unprofessional.. I drive all day and I pick up starbucks orders all the time. To refuse restroom use to someone who delivers your product is just crazy and extremely rude.

I'm a Dasher and I usually get the orders fast. But today, the order I was there for sat and sat and sat on the counter for at least 20 minutes
The girl who was bagging the orders up, decided to leave it there while she went and helped 2 other customers that came in behind me. Those customers got their orders before I even received the order that had already been paid for by my customer. Totally unacceptable today.
Then when handing me the order, there were no "sorry for the wait" or anything. Just handed me the bag.
But then again, there were 5 other barristas that could have bagged it up as well.

August 6 at 230pm my grandson and I walked into Starbuck to get a drink I noticed we were not greeted with a hello like the next person that walk in then place out drink on the counter and didn't even let us know I just looked up and saw it there
