Starbucks

Drive thru- 35 mins + to receive my drinks. Srawberries were soggy and Whipped cream was runny. Disappointing

I come here every morning.
I enjoy a good cup of coffee
But This place HAS THE BEST WORKERS AND SERVICE I HAVER EVER HAD🔥💯
No joke! I'm on the go so I eat out often

Passing though town and I once again had the urge for Starbucks. It's not that I crave their specialty coffee, but it's more that I like the clean efficient surroundings that are so familiar in every Starbucks that i've been to all over the world excluding Asia which is a story all its own.

I got myself a high calorie frappuccino. Whatever. It's the first one i've had in a couple years. I usually get the java chip but it's no longer on the menu, so I got something different and not surprising I really like it.
The staff is super nice. They have a lot to do with this trip being so pleasant.

In this past 2 months they keep giving me full ice when I've asked for light ice. I told them carmel drizzle around the cup and just a small amount on the bottom and they packed it with so much carmel that when I was mixing my drink with the straw it was pure carmel all up in my straw! I can't go back to have them fix it because I have to work. This was never a problem before. Guess ill be getting my drink else where from now on.

Hey Starbucks instead of focusing on a customer name so much how bout getting the drinks right! Or telling people you don't have certain things like you always do

Ordered a Horchata shaken espresso with an extra cup of ice. What I got was a regular shaken espresso and no extra cup of ice. The lady that was taking my order was either not having a good day or had something going on.

They take the time on each cup to write something and they are so kind and make the drinks right every time. Love this place so much

Jake and Marco went above and beyond to ensure my door dash order was correct. I’ve had a problem with an old order automatically being sent even though I’ve done everything on my end to correct the problem. They remembered the issue and had door dash driver call me to make sure the order was accurate. I can not tell you how much I appreciate the extra effort especially with all the recent changes. Thank you!!

I was biking by and tried to stop for some water & use the bathroom. Turns out you can't do either of those without making a purchase. I left and went to the ihop next door where they accommodated me.

Im a driver for doordash and they refused to let me use the restroom because i wasn't purchasing or picking up an order.. Very unprofessional.. I drive all day and I pick up starbucks orders all the time. To refuse restroom use to someone who delivers your product is just crazy and extremely rude.
