The girl in the morning, with long black hair (I should of asked for her name), is such a sweetheart. I go here almost everyday when I can. She practically knows me by now and it's so weird and funny, but awesome at the same time lol. Also, the girl with long blonde hair as well. I swear you guys might even know what my car looks like at this point ??. It feels weird but nice knowing that you're a regular at a spot and someone says "I'll get it right out for you! ?. I'm not a morning person so I don't really talk much. The most I can do is smile and say thank you until I'm fully awake, but I wanted to say thank you so much for your kind service! I will continue coming! Lol!

This is the 4th time I come to this location requesting a blonde VANILLA latte with CARAMEL drizzle. I always just get a blonde latte. You can see the caramel is requested its just never added again for the 4th time its frustrated and they charge extra for stupid things like that and to not add them.

Literally just witness big girl with messy pink buns who works there. Walk up to a family and tell a family who they just served their drinks. Tell them. "We are Literally closing right now". Nothing before that, Nothing after that. They just said ok and left. Like if they don't have a hour of closing to proceed them. Also Like they have to do any kind of table cleaning and aren't just placing the dirty chairs up to dirty tables. The customer appreciation here is something else.

When I entered, the place was full and there was only one employee working. Before I could place my order, another employee arrived and then took my order. While the employee prepared my order, an off duty Starbucks employee day at the counter talking to her which slowed up the preparation of my order. Not too happy with that visit. This was at 3 in the afternoon.
