This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The workers were unprofessional, uninterested, and clearly didn’t care about customer service. One of them seemed completely lost, like she wasn’t even fully present. My coffee was cold and stale, and when I asked for a fresh one, they just steamed the old coffee and handed it back like I wouldn’t notice—disgusting. The store itself was a mess—dirty tables, overflowing trash, and a generally unwelcoming atmosphere. For the prices they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs!

I ordered a grande cinnamon dolce latte with oat milk.. no cinnamon flavor. It’s literally all oat milk and expresso.. so gross! Never ever had one taste like this! I waited 10 min in line for this! So disappointed!
