My Order is grande nitro cold brew in a venti cup and the rest filled up with soy milk, I've have worked with vixxo for many years and that's been my order for 8 yrs , until this manager Irma on 10/03/2025 5:20am - 5:33 pm would not serve my drink, I paid and left a ten dollar tip this manager is does not care for customers. I left with out my coffee.

Drive thru was slow, but pushed through. Once we got to the window, they never put our order through. Initially tried to charge us for someone else’s drink and made us wait only to find out they never typed/put in our order. Then they did a shift change with the employees and the one who took over tried to say, so looks like your order was never put in. At that point wasted so much time we just left without buying anything. Huge waste of time. Awful customer service.

Make sure you check if the dining room is actually open. It said it was open until 8 but they turned us away at 745. Very disappointing.
I’ve been coming to this location for five years, never had an issue until recently with the manager name Jodi she was unprofessional and rude I had an issue She was aware of it already. That’s why she was waiting for me at the window. I informed her of the issue and all she did was smirk and said there was nothing that she can do. Just the whole situation was just handled so unprofessional from her end.

I came to do some work as I've been having to work from Starbucks' while my son is attending the junior police academy. I went to another one and it was too small (no indoor seating) so I came here. Very limited seating and worst of all, there are no outlets for my laptop. I think this is the first Starbucks I've been to that isn't work and/or study friendly. Super sad about this as I'm only going to be able to do limited work. The staff here is great and Friendly.
