I’ve been coming to this location for five years, never had an issue until recently with the manager name Jodi she was unprofessional and rude I had an issue She was aware of it already. That’s why she was waiting for me at the window. I informed her of the issue and all she did was smirk and said there was nothing that she can do. Just the whole situation was just handled so unprofessional from her end.

I came to do some work as I've been having to work from Starbucks' while my son is attending the junior police academy. I went to another one and it was too small (no indoor seating) so I came here. Very limited seating and worst of all, there are no outlets for my laptop. I think this is the first Starbucks I've been to that isn't work and/or study friendly. Super sad about this as I'm only going to be able to do limited work. The staff here is great and Friendly.

I love this place I go there almost everyday but there is one young lady by the name Jaz that just has an ugly attitude and she often doesn’t make my drink good, but when I ask to get it remade she snatched the drink out of my hand. Very disrespectful and very unprofessional.

In order to use restroom , you have to make a purchase, to go one step further they to enter the code to the restroom. Our money is good enough but not enough to trust with a bathroom code. Will not ever return. Waited 20 minutes and i kept hearing them call Craig , thats not my name .

Absolutely Awful – Never Coming Back!
This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The workers were unprofessional, uninterested, and clearly didn’t care about customer service. One of them seemed completely lost, like she wasn’t even fully present. My coffee was cold and stale, and when I asked for a fresh one, they just steamed the old coffee and handed it back like I wouldn’t notice—disgusting. The store itself was a mess—dirty tables, overflowing trash, and a generally unwelcoming atmosphere. For the prices they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs!
