I don't typically go to this Starbucks location but my usual place has lately been such a long line and even gets into traffic so I opted to try this location since it's on the way to my work. I ordered the Gingerbread Oat milk Chai and it was so good! I have come back twice to get the same thing. The drive thru line is long depending on the time of day you go but they are so quick it really doesn't take that long to get in and out. I'm never in line for more...
I put in a mobile order but their system didn't register it, I went to pick it up and it wasn't made nor could they find it in their system.The barista WERE ON TOP OF IT immediately and made my drinks super quick. I didn't even have to wait longer than 5 minutes to get both my drinks and my bacon sandwich. They made the situation right , and while I was slightly inconvenienced by the issue, they had me leaving with a smile . I was super impressed by the gentleman...
This was my first time at this location and ALL of the ladies working were wonderful and kind. I usually get my baristas name but I forgot this morning! Thanks for everything and especially for putting a smile on my face! ?
