I visited this location to work for a few hours while in town for work. I was blown away by the sunshiney service this team, in particular Corey, provided to every single customer that walked through the door. For 2 hours I got the extreme privilege of listening to her sing out and a friendly hello and goodbye to every customer - engaging in all sorts of conversations. It was a completely unexpected part of my day and brought me incredible joy. Corey is a gem and Starbucks is exceptionally lucky to have her - she is the epitome of what customer service (and just humanity) should look, sound, and feel like.

Okay the people are kind and I appreciate them but the wait time in the drive thru is crazy long. I mean I’m still going to come here because everything is great here it’s just the wait time is ridiculous. Maybe get these workers some more help or hours srsly!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a venti lavender latte, venti white crème frappe with raspberry and a ham and cheese croissant. When I went to pay the total was about $8 which did not sound right so I had her read the order back. The order was incorrect (they were going to give us a matcha lavender latte) so we corrected them that we wanted a venti lavender latte and a venti white crème frappe and they then asked me to pay about $18 for the order ($10 more than the original order). There was confusion and the manager came to the window and she started to argue with me about the price and how much I owed. I told her I was confused about the remaining total and we went back and forth. Eventually she did not charge me the $3 something she said I still owed. This was a very frustrating experience and we still ended up with the wrong order because my drink was a grande but at that point I was ready leave. Long story short, they got my order wrong and then fought me about it.

I asked for an iced matcha latte with less ice, but I was first given a hot one by mistake. When I requested the iced version, the replacement I received had very little matcha and was mostly milk, so it didn’t taste right at all.

Used to be one of my favorite places to escape and grab a quick drink. But after today, I will NOT be returning. I took my mother here for her birthday after telling her all about there friendly customer service and how they are very good at making each drink. I asked is they still did birthday rewards without the app. they dont thats totally okay but the kicker is when we ordered
I myself ordered a summer berry with lemonade and my mother ordered an iced horchata with espresso. When we were given a summer berry and an iced white mocha. The cashier never told us we were being chared for and iced white nor did he tell us that they were out of horchata. One of the other male batista then had an attitude about how he how he had no more horchata but he could make something else my mother didn't want anything else. Yes I did take both drinks afterwards and didnt want to cause a seen but that will forever ruin my views on starbucks. You're batista(s) and cashier(s) need to learn to speak up and tell customers that you are out of things. Or if you are not offering that drink currently don't advertise it.
Thanks starbucks for ruining a birthday and a loosing a long time starbucks customer with star rewards.
