Made a purchase through the drive thru (not to deal with the cashiers) then needed to use the bathroom and it was locked after asking one of the cashiers inside she said I have to make a purchase, I ignored that rude behavior. I don’t know if it’s store policy or just rude cashier. But Why do you have to bother and question people before using the bathroom? Just put the code at the door and save some time Very uncomfortable not coming back again.

On 12/10/25 they are clearly advertised they are open until 10pm. They told me i had to leave at 8pm even though everything says they are open until 10. I always try and support local coffee shops versus Starbucks. This is exactly why. I will never visit this location again

I bought a tiny cup of coffee from here for the first time in I don't even know how long. I usually don't even buy at Starbucks because they're overpriced for the quality of their products, and boy was I right. I was falling asleep right after I had this cup. Worst experience ever. This Starbucks has severely impacted the quality of life I experience in a negative way.

Every time I come here they always manage to get my order wrong. I understand that between the hours of 8-10am is peak time and it’s usually busy. That’s why I always place an in store mobile order 5-10 minutes in advance so that when I get there it should be ready or almost ready. I get the same order every time and it’s frustrating that this location is so inconsistent with how they make their drinks. I usually order a hazelnut shaken espresso with oat milk just the way it comes. I do not add any modifications besides just adding a cold foam and they never give it to me shaken. It comes like the way a macchiato would come and it completely changes the drink, I am paying for a shaken espresso so I don’t understand why it never comes shaken. Another time I came and they did the same thing and they forgot to put the syrup so it tasted like just straight espresso and oat milk. Another time I came and they forgot to add syrup in the cold foam so it just tasted like milk. I don’t have the time to ask them to remake it most of the time because I only get a 30 minute lunch break. It just doesn’t seem like the team there is trained properly and if I DO ask them to remake it they are extremely rude and they STILL do not make it right. Regardless of the time I always get the same terrible service. I do not recommend coming to this location.

If I had the option I would put a zero!.I go everyday, and today was the worst service from you guys. You guys have two employees just standing staring as I’m waiting. Not greeting or saying you’ll attend me shortly!!! So not Starbucks so called standards !

People waking up at 4:30 in the morning for work are already most likely already having a crappy day. But most of us still go to work with a smile on our face and treat others well. Not at this location. I used to love coming to this location because the girls in the morning were always so sweet when I pull up between 4:35-5am. Then lately it's been someone else who has the nastiest attitude every morning. And i mean EVERY morning. Manages to ruin my day before it's started. She clearly hates her job and should not be in customer service. Sad thing is I think she might be a manager. If you don't like the hours, change them. If you don't like your job, change it. Stop having an attitude with customers who come in for a pick me up & instead have their morning ruined.

Worst attention ever at a Starbucks, the workers don’t even know what are they doing, they mess up with the orders and they are right there talking and talking while I’m waiting for my coffee, which took almost 30 min and without clients in the shop. They’re useless on my opinion

At Starbucks you can enjoy your drink in a mug ☕☕ or glass 🍵🍵🍵and have refill while working in calm place... You can also enjoy Varaities of colorful and different sizes mugs to buy and use at home or at work or even while having a nice walk with coffee in one of those mugs 🧋🧋
You can also find juices for people who wanna stop caffeine 😉😉
You can enjoy too some snacks which looks delicious but I didn't try 😉😉😂😂
