Starbucks is known for their amazing service and uplifting messages on cups. The employees are always helpful and kind. One customer dropped their drinks, but a young man kindly offered to remake them. Another customer had their drink made perfectly thanks to Supervisor Juan's help. Despite previous mix-ups, the service was appreciated, and both customers plan to return.
