Starbucks is absolutely amazing with their wonderful service without fail every morning I get a wonderful greeting. They are always putting something uplifting on all their cups. All the employees are absolutely amazing. I love this location. Keep up the good work. I appreciate you. 😃🙌🥰

Had a mobile order, got to the window they couldn't find my order and had me park, I don't understand why I had to park and wait for my drink when people place order right in drive thru and it gets made right there. Just a bad experience with the particular Starbucks

The self service section is really disappointing. I recommend everyone to start going Sully's across the way. The coffee is cheaper and the self service section is far superior.

I used to order on this place every week since the service is good and my drink is always good like the way I wanted. But today I was disappointed, I ordered mocha cookie crumble venti size I repeated twice and even saw on the monitor its all good and have my personal cup with me, when they gave me back my personal cup something is not right it does not look venti size at all the whipped cream is like a small drop, they said its grande okay I did not messed up my order they did, no sorry and just asked me they will charge me extra .30 cents gave me another small size cup and told me to put it on my personal cup. Wow, this is starbucks service now? Instead repeating my order making it right. This is the new service trend now?

Disappointed, having been a past Sbux partner for 8 years. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to get one drink. They didn’t even open the window for 4 minutes from the time we pulled up. They were having issues with the system, but they should at least be acknowledging the customer and explaining the situation instead of making a line wait for 20 minutes.

I ordered a coffee, and when i was about to pay with a credit card, the employee clicked on the screen before he handed it out to me. He pressed the highest tip option. I didn't consent to that and didn't want to get in an argument over what he did. Instead, i will stop shopping here. Poor business practices. All of you need to start checking your order to make sure they are not overcharging you.
