My sisters and I got caramel ribbon crunches and they were so bad, not good at all honestly. I usually get pretty good ones in other starbucks, but this one was the worse I have gotten.

I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location and came to this store’s drive through. The staff here didn’t hesitate to help. They remade it for me right away free of charge and even offered to bring it out to my car. Thank you so much. You guys are amazing 🥰🥰

To several different locations each one said they only had one or two bears and that’s all they had what kind of customer service is this we wait in line to get we are sold out what kind of customer appreciation is this Starbucks is ridding a thin line I hope something in exchange for bad business is thought of soon to cherish there customer base and not loose customers……

I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks the baristas are always welcoming and very friendly the one that always greets me with a warm smile and a great conversation is Inez I love coming on her shifts because she’s always recommends me the best drink combination when I’m unsure what to try next !

Please, it's Starbucks folks. Yes maybe once in a great while someone has a poor experience. But that's the exception not the rule.

Had a mobile order, got to the window they couldn't find my order and had me park, I don't understand why I had to park and wait for my drink when people place order right in drive thru and it gets made right there. Just a bad experience with the particular Starbucks
