Like all my recent Starbucks experiences. Things are always best when you come inside and get to meet the people who are working on your drinks. They do a good job of knowing you and your drink.

Placed my order for a simple Venti Pike, never got it, waited patiently for appx 20min, was not busy at the time. Finally, an employee asked if ive been helped, gave name and they couldnt find my order, at that point i just asked for a refund. Female that took order exuded an entitled and arrogant demeanor, the offered to make me one at no charge but respectively declined, could spare another 20min, and got a coffee at a gas station. Bear in mind, people csme and went and it wasnt busy.

Honestly, if you don’t have 20 minutes to spare to get a coffee, do not come here literally one car in front of me and took them 20 minutes to get their order. You guys only make drinks and reheat your food so why is it taking you guys so long. Not to mention my drink was made wrong and I just took off because I didn’t have time I had to go to work, but thanks for ruining my morning

The drive thru wait is crazy they are to slow they need to work on moving faster was in the line for 30+mins

Super bad experience. Never been treated the way they did it in this Starbucks location. I asked for one of the items to be served warm instead of cold. That's my usual request and have never been a problem until today. I asked the batista what was the reason they couldn't make it hot. Her attitude leave me speeches. She said that I should change my attitude otherwise they would have to reject me service.. outrageous! I feel violated in all levels. Nor a costumer should be treated it the way I was just for asking a question.
