Super bad experience. Never been treated the way they did it in this Starbucks location. I asked for one of the items to be served warm instead of cold. That's my usual request and have never been a problem until today. I asked the batista what was the reason they couldn't make it hot. Her attitude leave me speeches. She said that I should change my attitude otherwise they would have to reject me service.. outrageous! I feel violated in all levels. Nor a costumer should be treated it the way I was just for asking a question.

The manager and a barista accused us of something we didn’t do like cussing at the barista while me and my sister were talking to each other there’s a camera, instead of assuming ask if it was meant for you thank u💗

My sandwich looked like it was stepped on. When I went back to get other sandwiched the lady with tie dye shirt with double chain with glasses came out didn’t even apologize
They always get my order wrong and the other day they spilled my drink through the drive thru and they don’t have the best personality, their personality here is not like other starbucks around Bakersfield. At this starbucks they have more of a rude attitude!
