Was here April 11 around 12 in the afternoon, Went through the drive thru and was helped by Marcel and Ariel at the speaker.I had an unpleasant responses from Marcel very rude, unwilling to be helpful an inpatient when I took my order thank u to Ariel for acknowledging that I was not satisfied with his responses and trying figure out my order. An while reading other responses it seems that bad behavior towards customers seems to be a problem at this location I will not be returning an will make sure fellow customer will be aware of the bad service here

This is by far the slowest starbucks I've ever been to. With only 3 cars in front of me and all I ordered was a hot coffee, I was in line for 30 minutes. The whole reason I stopped at Starbucks was so I can hop back on the road asap. This took way longer than necessary.

Demond, the manager at this Starbucks, was incredibly rude during my visit and told me not to return. His behavior was unprofessional and left a bad impression. Starbucks should address this.

ROACHES!?
i went a few days ago to order my coffee with my kid and while we were waiting there being ignored we saw a roach close to the bar.
we IMMEDIATELY WALKED OUT.
this is unacceptable and disgusting ? i’m not getting my kid drinks from this location anymore even if it’s the closest one to me.
this store needs better management cause we stood there for a few minutes in line and nothing, but glad we saw the roach before ordering.

I went this morning. I order large First give me small then they make a large. I told them with lemonade they make it with water. I ordered cheese danish. She forgot to give them to me.
