Starbucks

This is by far the slowest starbucks I've ever been to. With only 3 cars in front of me and all I ordered was a hot coffee, I was in line for 30 minutes. The whole reason I stopped at Starbucks was so I can hop back on the road asap. This took way longer than necessary.

Demond, the manager at this Starbucks, was incredibly rude during my visit and told me not to return. His behavior was unprofessional and left a bad impression. Starbucks should address this.

I had a disappointing experience with Demond, the manager at this Starbucks. He was extremely rude and told me not to come back, which was unprofessional and unnecessary. This isn’t the level of service I expect from Starbucks.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at this Starbucks location, primarily due to the behavior of the manager, Demond. I have always appreciated the atmosphere and service at Starbucks, but during my latest visit, I was spoken to very rudely. Rather than addressing any potential issue with professionalism and courtesy, Demond bluntly told me, “Don’t come back to this Starbucks.”

ROACHES!?
i went a few days ago to order my coffee with my kid and while we were waiting there being ignored we saw a roach close to the bar.
we IMMEDIATELY WALKED OUT.
this is unacceptable and disgusting ? i’m not getting my kid drinks from this location anymore even if it’s the closest one to me.
this store needs better management cause we stood there for a few minutes in line and nothing, but glad we saw the roach before ordering.

I went this morning. I order large First give me small then they make a large. I told them with lemonade they make it with water. I ordered cheese danish. She forgot to give them to me.

Clean store but drive thru always takes forever and if you don't tip or pay with cash they give you an attitude.

i stopped going to this location YEARS ago because they never made my drinks good/right and the wait time was always ridiculously long. i went today since i was close by and it is STILL the slowest starbucks in all of bakersfield. and of course my drink was not made right. even after i told the worker that they didn’t add the extra dragonfruit inclusion, she took my drink back to “add it” and she gave it back and it looked the SAME. i hate this starbucks so much i tried giving them a chance again but now i will NEVER go back.

What can I say. I read the reviews after I waited a long time for one drink. I see everyone has the same issue. Made sense why it was empty.
