This place is a joke! You buy multiple items & they don't offer bags or cup holders. The food falls out from the bottom of their warm food bags. Never again!!! I'd rather drive farther & get better service.

Usually when I go to a Starbucks i get decent to really amazing service but this location offers the worst service. Two employees gave me attitude and rude facial expressions just because I asked if they can remake my tea because they gave me a literal cold tea. It's understandable if people have bad days but they shouldn't take it out on customers.

We waited for 35+ minutes for 3 drinks. I get was just Christmas but 2 of the baristas were just talking to each other.
i waited 35 minutes for 3 drinks. They claimed they had lost my order but i had gotten the pastries. Even after i had asked at the 25 minute mark they refused to help me or even acknowledge me. All i did was ask for a wait time and the manager was super rude. Drinks were 3/4 ice when we did get them and the manager all but tossed them at me. Hate to be a complainer as i get that they were busy due to the holiday rush but this isnt the first time theyve done this.

This place is garbage. They always get us the wrong orders and the lines are always long. I've visited all locations in Bakersfield and by far this is the worst facility . I don't know if this is a training facility, but clearly they need to implement a better system to make there jobs for efficient and and provide better training for there associates . Motion does not equal progress. Zero out of five stars

This Starbucks is consistent with messing up my drink orders. They never taste good and I am not picky at all. I live close to this location and always make the drive to the Gosford location because I don’t want to wast my money getting a nasty drink from here. I went again today and sure enough it was gross and just filled with milk. Guess I’ll keep making the drive to other locations.
