Customer service is so bad that it leaves much to be desired. The employees don't even know how to serve a sandwich properly. They are all unprofessional. I hope they fire them and bring in trained personnel.

This is a nice Starbucks that makes very good drinks. I highly recommend visiting this place when in the area, even if you yourself are not a CSUB student.

This Starbucks has the best overall design in Kern County, and I've been to all of them.Prices are higher than normal because of their contract with the school food provider. As an idea, medium iced coffee and breakfast sandwich cost me about $11.50. Flavor is what would be expected from a Starbucks, not worst or better.Quiet enough to study, good vibe. Will definitely hang out here more often. The couple times I've been in, it had always been clean.Service is average at best.

My family used the drive thru for coffee and a few breakfast sandwiches for our road trip home. The staff was very friendly and super efficient. Easy to get out and back on the highway.

Don't waste your money. Every time I come in, my drink is made wrong, and when I ask if it can be fixed, they assure me that the drink is made right and don't bother to remake it the right way. Besides that, it takes forever to get your order taken and to receive it. Just take your money to the Starbucks down the street and risk losing your parking spot, it's better than getting your drink here.

Worst Starbucks I ever visited. Ordered a iced coffee with light heavy cream. Three times I watched the incredibly incompetent employee pour three quarters heavy cream with one quarter coffee. Each time I asked her I wanted light heavy cream she made it the wrong way. I asked her to read the label on the cup because she obviously didn't understand or couldn't read. After the third time I picked up the cup and dropped it in the trash in the store. The back bar was a dirty mess. No leadership. Dirty store. Starbucks better do something to this store quick. I'll never use it again.
