I always wondered why this Starbucks never has lines in the morning and it has to be Jonathan. The staff is so friendly and at ease when he isn't there; no issues at all. When that dolt is there, I've noticed everyone's jaw is clentched, staff is quieter, and he is unnecesary drama. If they have staff issues and are messing up drinks because they cant relax, I bet a good start for corporate would be looking at/or removing him for the sake of staff moral and customer retention. (Regarding the comment below I have contacted corporate offices. Thank you.)

Consistently the worst Starbucks in our area for the past 6 years. This is the closest location to our home, but we avoid it at all costs. Drinks are always wrong, taste weird or filled 3/4 with ice or foam. Mobile orders take forever even when location is not busy. Save yourselves the disappointment and go to Calloway & Hageman (the best imo) or Stockdale River Ranch...always consistent and friendly as can be.

I ordered 2 coffees and a sandwich. Starbucks forgt to put my sandwich in the bag. It was a delivery . Delivery drivers cannot break the tape. I called the restaurant and Jay the manager was laughing and said oh yeah the personal forgot to put it in the bag he could have contacted the driver to return. . This is ashamed 30.00 fir 2 coffees . He needs to be fired. I spend alot if money in Starbucks but it's ridiculous

Went through the drive thru and halfway home, my son spits out a ball off tinfoil from his drink, my drink tastes like chemicals, and they had made my daughters drink wrong… but made sure to charge for it. Truly disappointed.

I think my Chai had reg milk in it..Got so sick twice from my chai latte..requested coconut milk.. covid taste buds so I couldn't tell..but my stomach sure did.

Ordered online and said it would be ready in 10-15 min. Showed up 15 min. 2 of the 4 items were there someone took my items they helped 3 other people who walked in 5 min after me then finally asked if I needed help I said yes I ordered online and still waiting for my items and then told me ok someone else would help me the 2 min later someone came up and asked me if I needed help I said yes still waiting for my items I ordered 30 min ago now.
