I come here because it’s the closest to my house and every time I come here every Worker has an attitude even when you tip they don’t say thank you they’re always rushing you. I don’t see how though because they’re never really that busy. I’d rather go to the other one which is a mile away From my home.

Stephanie is undoubtedly the best server I’ve ever encountered. She’s consistently polite, kind, and patient, taking the time to get to know her customers and their preferences. Her friendliness and helpfulness make a significant difference. She would make an excellent manager for that establishment. And she deserves these glowing five stars.

I feel “rob”, defrauded, scammed. After ordering a matcha late, the largest one, and even I told the cashier “easy ice please”, and after paying more than $7.00 (including tip, which cashier didn’t deserve after all) I got 75% ICE and probably less than 25% was the drink. It’s the must expensive ICE I ever bought in my life. So NO MORE STARBUCKS for the rest of my life. Starbucks sucks selling ICE instead of drinks. Let’s boicot STARBUCKS!!
