We went to Starbucks to meet a friend and catch - up - but the background music was way too loud - we had really nice coffee, well served - but conversations were drowned out by the loud music - not going back

After I pulled out of the drive where I realized that there was Hair in my caramel, Frappuccino and I know wasn't my hair because my hair is curly. So yeah, that was really disgusting by the time I realized this I had already drank too much oshit. I don't even want a refund. I just want to warn people. This place is disgusting.

TELL ME WHY I spend 5 of my hard earned dollars on a bacon and Gouda sandwich and I open it to find NO BACON absolutely diabolical I really wanted bacon :( super sad no bacon

Service was good when ordering, but once arriving at the window, I could see the barista was very rushed as it was busy. Once she handed me the drinks and I paid she immediately closed the window not waiting even a few seconds to ensure my order was right. We had already been waiting a bit for the drinks so after she closed the window she wasn’t going to come back anytime soon so we decided to leave. I urge you to review your order and wait as long as it takes for them to get your order right. This drink here was ordered as a grande and was drank in 3 sips. The drink itself was 1/3 of the cup size because the other 2/3 was just ice after specifically asking for light ice as seen below. Paid for just a cup of ice. Horrible.

Today I was to meet with a client for work. We meet at Starbucks due to the distance between us. As we are sitting there about to start her assessments, this little girl comes up to us and said, “Um, if you’re gonna be here, you have to buy something. So are you gonna buy something?” We asked when that came into play. She stated, “We just changed our policies and our signs on the door.” We stated we would leave. She came back over about 2 minutes later to make sure we were leaving while letting us know this was not effecting their business. The entire place was hole in a bucket empty. This was the nice version of her approach. She was VERY rude and leaned towards disrespectful. So, now folks have to purchase something from Starbucks to sit at the table? I brought my own Wi-Fi (due to confidentiality), so we weren’t there for the internet. I will gladly delete my app and account. Thank you Starbucks.
