This Starbucks has drastically declined over the years, from customer service to top quality coffee. The employees are not as welcoming as other Starbucks I have been to, also they rush you when they are taking your order. The quality of the coffee has been bland and not what Starbucks stands for. This location does not represent there mission statement; "our customer promise; to uplift everyday", management needs to do better, especially because it is in a busy plaza.

As an ex-partner, it’s disheartening to see a district do this. Like another store in this area, this store is intentionally taking out the outlets so people can’t charge their electronics. How much hate do you have for the occasional dwellers for you to choose to inconvenient the rest of us????I came here just to charge my phone for 30 minutes so I can resume work, now I don’t get to do just that at a coffee shop. I made purchases too.I would avoid the Starbucks in the area because of this behavior.

Happy holidays. Fall is also in the air and this Starbucks is already into the holiday spirit as shown in the attached. Went into the Starbucks at the Gosford location to grab a venti pike and a lemon loaf. Upon entry, I was greeted with amazing smiles and a hearty welcome. This was a tremendous improvement over the last time I visited. Very festive and welcoming as I enjoyed my fresh dark roast. Excellent job Starbucks team on Gosford.

Went into the Starbucks at the Gosford location to grab a venti pike and a lemon loaf. Food and drink were served fresh and hot just the way it is preferred. Customer service needs to improve slightly as I was deferred off to someone else on approach to the counter. Once engagement is made, the barista at the cashier should assist unless they're in a new trainee. Other than this., other aspects were good.

Good afternoon we went in today into the Starbucks on White Lane and Stine we ordered online and we asked for Carmel around the cups and as we went in to go and get our order I sent my daughter in there and the barista Selena her name was was very very rude to my daughter and had her fist up like she wanted to fight my daughter and my daughter had offered to pay for the extra caramel because it didn't give her a option online to put and usually it does the lady that they called for a manager was not a manager and she was scared of the girl named Selena that works there so the problem wasn't solved or resolved so that's why I'm coming on here to explain my situation because this was a very popular coffee place I would pick up my drinks from me and my daughter and my husband and I will not be going here anymore there's several around me I do not need to go where I'm going to have my daughter disrespected because she asked for extra caramel and offered to pay for it the girl has highlights in her hair and her name Selena and she put her fist up you do not put your fist up to my daughter and when I call to make the complaint they had told me on the phone that there was no store manager and they had no manager so this business is not being run properly.

Very efficient and fast service! They have a great pick up bar for mobile orders! They even run out and deliver drive thru orders. The drive thru car line was crazy long between 7:50- 8:40 am but there were plenty of tables available in the cafe. Bathroom very clean.
Drink was melted!!! And they don’t understand no whip on the bottom!! Won’t be there again! Trash!

I'm rating this review based on the way I was spoken to today for starters the lady the took my order was very rude not only that she got my order wrong three times next when I came too the front she told I me i talk too low and that it was my fault and I should've spoke up more I ordered three drinks and a couple of danishes no cup or bag what so ever just terrible service today.

Been to this Starbucks since it opened in the Gosford plaza and it's consistently great service that's quick and the drinks are on point. Staff is very helpful & delivery orders are always correct!!
I like Starbucks. I mean everybody usually does. However, I did get the bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich and it just tasted old and it was heated up and everything usually the cheese can cover up anything taste wise and the sandwich just wasn't great. I know I could have returned it and gotten a new one but I was in a hurry.
