We have been coming here for more than a year and they never have coffee fraps ot drink available, they always have a sticky note or a paper sheet with a list of things they don’t have .

I like this starbucks but this one lady is my problem and I hope you see this I ordered me a Iced matcha tea latte at first I thought is was someone's else's drink but she came out with a whole different drink and I waited and I said that's not my drink and she said yes it is like how she going to tell me what I said and I told her what I said iced matcha tea latte and she said no you said Iced mocha latte but okay I'll make you the other drink. She said it all rude like girl bye with that attitude proceeds to make the drink fill it all the way up with ice when I told her light ice then she doesn't even call for the drink just put it on the counter didn't even say have a nice day or anything like finally heard got to go get those Smurf ears checked out basically she's being all rude interrupted me when I was talking to her gave me her attitude saying I was wrong and the drink didn't even taste good it was all plan. Why does he have to be all rude just her sad life is bad don't mean she has to be all rude about it

"I'm giving this location five stars and because I give credit where credit is due with my experiences in retail, food, an beverages.The Atmosphere is cozy, clean and very hospitable to it's patrons. The service is excellent with so many people whom love their caffeine fixes & coffees, teas, an fruit drinks. The I personally enjoy the breakfast sandwiches. But I love the kale snack bites❣️I myself rate this location as being one of the best complete with drive up widows for people ordering ahead or using the drive thru❣️❣️Sincerely Christopher L AcostaWheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of wheelchair accessible chairs both inside and out. Very dirty, poor customer service the two girls at the register both very rude tables and chairs are always dirty and I went at breakfast and they had like three breads to pick from which did not look good to eat at all looked like old food.

I think this one deserves a five star not 4.1 I am a prof of economics and Starbucks is always a case that we work with the students as it is a legendary brand. The. Manager and everyone at this location deserve a 5. They are pleasant, quick, provide the product in a perfect form and never show any disgraceful behavior. Mr. Taylor is an exceptional young individual which exceptional qualities as a human and as an employee. We will see him at the heights of individuals such as Bezos, Buffett etc. He is gifted in more than many ways.

Swung by Starbucks inside of Target, and unfortunately the customer service from Aries was poor. I asked for a special request, and she had a stinky attitude, I burned my hand and my drink spilled all over my target basket, not a lovely start to the morning. I spoke to team lead, and no empathy from any staff members, not sure why people take it personal, it was my drink, I should be able to request it how I like it, and no one should give me attitude for a special request, she was obviously annoyed and I got the bad end of the stick and left with a totally different drink, a slight burn and a sticky basket.

Slow staff. S. L. O. W. Add to that no one orders just coffee anymore - it has to be extravagant pancrea killing sweet drinks ordered by the most unhealthy people. Go somewhere else.

I saw a cookie that was made, aris was rude, i wanted the cookie, aris didn't acknowledge me while taking my order & kept saying " huh " as if her ears were impaired i was surprised. I waited 15 minutes while two customers walked ip respectfully & aris was just as rude to them, she said she could blend a certain drink then when asked for that drink she said she couldnt do it. I was even confused. They were given their drinks before my cookie was warmed. 15 minutes after. All because they were closing. Horrible employees & im surprised a business like starbucks would even give these two people a call back after an interview. Business needs to do better with hiring people. Way better.

Worst Starbucks ever, today only one employee working at around 6:45pm. Doing it all. Had 4 people in line and finally when it’s our turn they are out of everything, just like the last 2 times we’ve ordered. This time we didn’t order. Not only that, but this place is also a mess, where is the management and more importantly where is the food?

I go to Starbuck because of two things. 1. Consistency 2. Starbucks are usually located near by. The reason I am disappointed with the consistency of my basic Pike Place is that Splenda ( the artificial sweetener) is not constant at any location. I understand your typed signs stated that some supplies are not available however Splenda is not toilet paper and the last time I checked is still available at Costco. Booo Starbucks you charge the same without sugar Booo BOOO BOOOOOOOO !

Very disappointed, I was there today 9/21, two associates were just there talking one of them look at me and continued her conversation, my baby getting fussy that’s when I said excuse me are you guys close… that’s when she finally decided to help me with attitude. Not to make it worse she made me the wrong drink I guess there conversation was so important to pain attention to me. I was so upset it took everything in me not go off because I had my baby with me. I’m not one to take the time to make reviews but this really got under my skin. Extremely disappointed.
