This will be the third time that I order a venti chestnut praline that they don’t put whip cream in it .The first time I wasn’t sure it came with it but now I make sure I ask for it and same thing..no whip cream. The staff is rude and unprofessional and it seems as if it’s a bunch of kids who work at that location and it’s a shame because it’s so convenient right off the freeway.Management really needs to take a look at that.

I went In a few weeks back and had the worst experience in the drive through window. I young blonde girl named Makai spoke to me so rudely and when I asked to talk to someone she flat out refused and closed the window. absolutely appalling. How on earth is someone like THAT working at Starbucks?? zero customer connection skills. zero respect and zero common sense. What a joke. I'd rather drive five minutes more out of my way to go to another Starbucks.

I just moved to this neighborhood & was stoked that there was a Starbucks so close but MY GOSH THESE BARISTAS NEED TRAINING BAD!!!! Every single time I go my drink is ALWAYS WRONG!! Extra ice what so hard about extra ice?? I want my frappe thick, I want NONFAT MILK!!! No whip cream. I’m paying $8 for this drink so yea I want it made right! 9 years been getting the same drink..this has been the worst besides LAX airport

I was in drive through today and a guy with Curley blond hair gave amazing costumer and was super nice to me. I totally recommend this Starbucks I will be back soon. 10/10

I love Starbucks, and rarely, my order is incorrect. Today, though I was disappointed when ordering a Venti, I was handed a tall coffee. When I corrected the barrista, he simply poured the tall order into a Venti cup. I asked for cold, sweet foam on top, which had disappeared when he poured the drink into a venti cup. This was his quick fix. After correcting him again,he finally agreed to redo the drink. I think someone needs retraining..
