They know what extra caramel means!! Almost every starbucks I go to never really gives me that much caramel even though i pay for it and I finally got it! Ava was also such a sweetie pie! She took my order so nicely and greeted me with the biggest smile ever. She made my day so much better and I know she’s working so hard!

On Nov 3rd I made a mobile order at 11:16 am of this EXACT drink right here and went through the drive through for it…when they gave me the drink it was WHITE as hell…and I mean WHITE as a 1 gallon milk carton and I complained that I order this every single day when I go to lunch and it never looks like this…the proceed to make it again and they ended up making it four different times…the last time even the shift manager made it and all times they came out white as hell and they try to gaslight me in blaming that I added an extra shot in there to make it a quad and that’s why it’s white. I told them that’s impossible I order this every single day to various Starbucks and it NEVER looks white like this… I ended up taking their poorly made drink and I didn’t even finish it bc it tasted very horrible…the picture you see here is from another Starbucks WITH THE SAME INGREDIENTS THAT I ORDERED from Allen and THIS IS HOW ITS SUPPOSED to look like!!!…I spoke with a manager at this other location about this and they said it’s because they don’t have their machine calibrated right and that YES I am right it should NEVER look white. It should look like the photo…Do Better Allen Starbucks location smh

I order two ice shaken espresso They filled the whole cup with ice I called to complain and the supervisor answered me and she was like yes just to let you know it’s ice shaken so it has ice and you can control the ice level from the app So I answered her that I’ve been drinking this drink for four years now of course it has ice but not the whole cup And a year a go they changed the app so I can’t control the ice level anymore She was like we can remake it for you but I am far away not coming back I paid $9 for ice and I am no willing to spend money on gas just to come back so you can remake it for me. At least say we will refund you or will give a gift card not come back, seriously Do your job right and stop adding to much ice so you can save on the coffee.

One unexpected highlight was the truffle sauce you can add to the breakfast burrito—an absolute game changer! It’s rich, flavorful, and takes the meal to the next level.
Most importantly, the service here is consistently excellent. The baristas are not only efficient but genuinely friendly and caring. A special shoutout to the lovely baristas who always make each visit feel warm and welcoming.

My son did chores for our elderly neighbor, he was paid in quarters and was so excited to go get a cake pop. When he went with his older sister he was told they could not accept the change. We paid another way but I wanted to let your store you disappointed a little boy who worked hard for his own money and couldn’t even use it.

Worst location !!! Please don’t go there staff is rude and don’t want to help. And I’m talking about every staff member on that location. I went to pick up my app order and I was missing bagel my app said that my order was ready so I was asked and this employee very rude responds to me that they are working on it then I waited for like 15 min and nothing!!! I had to go and no one was helping so I asked again and very rude this other girl said “we are out of bagels “ I’m like why you didn’t told me that and the app was not updated by the way and she ignored me so I asked another person and she rudely refunded me but she was rude as well . So I got late to work and my son late to school. Please do yourself a favor and go to another location or even to another coffee place!!!

This will be the third time that I order a venti chestnut praline that they don’t put whip cream in it .The first time I wasn’t sure it came with it but now I make sure I ask for it and same thing..no whip cream. The staff is rude and unprofessional and it seems as if it’s a bunch of kids who work at that location and it’s a shame because it’s so convenient right off the freeway.Management really needs to take a look at that.
