Visited this location with my wife and kids and when my wife wanted to place an order and standing by the register, there was literally 4 associates that saw her standing there while I was at the table with our kids and no one took our order, they only glanced at her and did nothing..very disappointing visit

Today I order a Hot Coffee on drive threw wen she gave me my coffee the lid open and Coffee spilled on my hand and my lowered body I got burned the batista said if I was ok. come on someone just got burned you think they going to be ok. were I got burned the most was my fingers to the point I pulled up in the parking lot I did cry of the pain and thinking wat should I do I just want to shared this so it won't happend to someone else actually is the second time this happened with hot coffee also happened yesterday but thank God I didn't got burn like today. Please be careful wen you give a Hot coffee. God blessed 🙌

Shitty customer service, the associates are rude the manager Brad is just as bad as them. No one greets you when you come in they don’t even smile at you it’s like they hate their job. Out of all the Starbucks I’ve been at this is the worse one, save yourself the time and don’t come here.

Her name was Rocky and he was very rude to me. I needed a cup of water as I had come back from walking. It was very hot outside. I asked him to give me a cup of water as I had also ordered coffee but he did not even give me a cup of water. He said that he would not give me a cup of water.
