Sunday morning service horrible!!! Sitting there because they don't call out the name on the drinks. No interaction like regular Starbucks. During the week everyone is cheerful. Rather go to the one on Auburn or Hwy 58 instead.

I was so excited to finally get a Starbucks close to home, but the last few times I've gone to this location they have managed to mess up on my orders. Mistakes I can deal with, but unfriendly service, especially when it's at the fault of the business is really terrible.
The last two times through the drive through I was asked to park so they could give the car behind me their order first. And there was only one car behind me. I HATE it when businesses do this to their customers. Why don't you just put up a sign at the menu that says "we only want to sell to people who are buying one drink at a time, NOT three. It's just too hard."

Starbucks used to be great. Seems like the last decade they only hire friends and family of employees or something, rather than because they're actually a good fit. I know this isn't the case everywhere, but it really shows in a lot of the locations.

I was running to get Kefir, but having sprained my ankle needed to stop in to rest.

I got the largest iced drink advertised on the back of the front window: Lavender Oat milk with dragonfruit.

They did a fairly good job of adhering to my request for very light ice.

HOWEVER, what I was most thankful for was the young lady behind the counter, who went above and beyond getting me ice so I could ice my ankle before returning to my adventurous jog.

Thank you for making me feel like home in your lounge.

I never leave bad reviews. But this happened too consistent and same staff too. I went in a month ago but it wasn’t busy (after the holidays though) and the guy named Quiro told us before we ordered, “just to let you know your drink is gonna take 40 min”. I said “ok what if we ordered in the app and come back after 40 min” (because we had kids) He said “that’s fine but we’re gonna throw it out after an hour…” when we got home they shut down the order pickup…. (It was 4pm). It’s like they intentionally don’t want people to come? Then a recent incident happened where I ordered regular drink with oat milk and didn’t realize it had white floaties at the bottom and all around my drink. I even shook it and it stayed the same. I was already parked at my house but had to drive all the way back. I went back with the drink inside the store with my two kids (a newborn and toddler) and I said “hey I’m sorry but I get this drink all the time and it has white stuff and they told me come back with the drink to get a remake” and he said “yeah we can make you one but just going to let you know it’s like that”. He started the drink but another barista finished it and it still had the same floaties (idk if their oat milk was expired or). Then I asked if I can just get a refund and gave the drink back….. they dismissed my concern and spoke to me rudely about it. It was embarrassing because I walked out with nothing and my two kids for something so small and they made the experience much worse than it should be. I went to another Starbucks and as you can see it had no white floaties and very nice staff (weedpatch location). This used to be my regular Starbucks but I’m never coming back, and it’s because of these consistent experiences :/

BestGamer Ever

Poor service...Mobile orders aren't prepared until after in store orders are completed. Of all the Starbuck this location is the slowest. 30 minute wait time.
