Today Nov/21/2024 the lady with the blonde brown hair up front had me waiting 15 min for my order I came in I told her I'm there to pick up an order and she said ok hold on I'm working on it and never let me know when it was ready after some time I walked up to the front counter asked her when is my order going to be done she turned her head asked her co worker to hand it over to her and so I told her are you serious my order was ready this whole time! She had the nerve to smirk and say yes no apologies no nothing there were 4 employees there I cannot believe the poor service i told her to her face wow you suck at your job I hope they do better or she just needs to get replaced it was just rude how she had me waiting literally sitting there until I had to ask for my order I wonder how much longer I would have been waiting if I had not gone to ask

Sunday morning service horrible!!! Sitting there because they don't call out the name on the drinks. No interaction like regular Starbucks. During the week everyone is cheerful. Rather go to the one on Auburn or Hwy 58 instead.
