I never leave bad reviews. But this happened too consistent and same staff too. I went in a month ago but it wasn’t busy (after the holidays though) and the guy named Quiro told us before we ordered, “just to let you know your drink is gonna take 40 min”. I said “ok what if we ordered in the app and come back after 40 min” (because we had kids) He said “that’s fine but we’re gonna throw it out after an hour…” when we got home they shut down the order pickup…. (It was 4pm). It’s like they intentionally don’t want people to come? Then a recent incident happened where I ordered regular drink with oat milk and didn’t realize it had white floaties at the bottom and all around my drink. I even shook it and it stayed the same. I was already parked at my house but had to drive all the way back. I went back with the drink inside the store with my two kids (a newborn and toddler) and I said “hey I’m sorry but I get this drink all the time and it has white stuff and they told me come back with the drink to get a remake” and he said “yeah we can make you one but just going to let you know it’s like that”. He started the drink but another barista finished it and it still had the same floaties (idk if their oat milk was expired or). Then I asked if I can just get a refund and gave the drink back….. they dismissed my concern and spoke to me rudely about it. It was embarrassing because I walked out with nothing and my two kids for something so small and they made the experience much worse than it should be. I went to another Starbucks and as you can see it had no white floaties and very nice staff (weedpatch location). This used to be my regular Starbucks but I’m never coming back, and it’s because of these consistent experiences :/

I'm sorry but I'm going to be a full on Karen today. I understand this is a busy store but they really need to work on the quality of the drinks. I got a grande iced American with cinnamon dulce foam on top and a stevia. They took 20 mins to get my one drink done. When I got it the coffee tasted burnt and there was coffee grounds on the bottom of the cup lol It didn't even get the cinnamon dulce topping on top that it should have. I asked if they can remake it and it was the same issue. I was already running late so I didn't have time to complain again and have it remade twice! I really think management should look into calibrating the espresso machines and re-training some baristas on how to make quality drinks. Whereas I do want to say they are always willing to remake the drink it's just a hassle when your on the go trying to get in and out.

Poor service...Mobile orders aren't prepared until after in store orders are completed. Of all the Starbuck this location is the slowest. 30 minute wait time.

We across the street at pepboys gettin an oil change... & boy it's hot so we walked over to yalls place & got the kids cake pops..I've never been to this location but yall business always have treated my wife fair.. so u appreciate where your doors open.

Ordered a drink and two cake pops. They never put the drink on the order and had to order again and they said oh it will be a longer wait of twenty minutes. Having to wait longer for their mistake. 30 minutes and I still didn't get my drink so I had to cancel my drink order because I was now late. Unfortunately, I would like to add that I was supposedly given credit on a card to reimburse me for a drink that I couldn't wait even longer for. I went to buy a drink and found that the card was never credited so I had them toss it. Worst experience I have ever had and never going to this location again.

My wife loves this place and we often come to this location on the way to work every morning. Service is exceptional and the staff is always friendly and cheerful.

Horrible service at 9-10am may 4th shift everyone working, very rude especially the guy who ignored the order, waited 20+ minutes just for them to bag the drinks.

Not a good spot to sell bud. But panhandling is good easy $20 -$40 fairly quick and breakfast sometimes. Can't do it right in front of the place but by the exit facing the drive thru. It's unreal how many people drink this high dollar coffee. Thy seem to be some if the most giving people sometimes! Starbucks employee also are nice and helpful most of the time.
