we had called this place, all though it was later at night that doesn’t ignore the fact that these workers were extremely disrespectful to us when we wanted an answer to a simple question. The question being “are you open?” Followed by another question being “do you have sandwiches?” By the end of our sentence we got mocked by this woman and we felt absolutely disgusted by these manners of this lady. If this employee doesn’t get fired as soon as possible I will press charges, as my 11 year old daughter was the one who called, but with me right by her side.

Coffee was good. It's a decent Starbucks location, but the bathrooms have code locks on them and the bathrooms weren't as clean as they should have been. Don't plan on having a conversation with anyone or doing any brain work here, because the muisc is extremely loud, so you won't be able to hear someone well and you definitely won't be able to consentrait.

totally unexpected and uncalled for!! I arrived at this location to have a meeting with my business partner. I spoke with him and asked him if he wanted me to order ahead for us, he simply asked me to wait as he was only 20 minutes away. So I sat down in the lobby, pulled out my laptop to prepare for our meeting. Only approximately five minutes passes by when I was approached by one of the employees who appeared to be in management position that asked me if I was going to place an order. I’ve then disclosed to her that we were. I was simply waiting for my business partner to arrive as he was approximately 20 minutes away before we ordered. She then told me that I had to vacate the property within five minutes or place an order as it is their policy.

I tried telling her that we were going to order a coffee or so however I was waiting for my business partner right before doing so. Like I previously mentioned, I think it was totally unexpected and unappreciated to possess that kind of client servicing. I dont know if that was an active policy and if so then why is it not posted anywhere on the store’s location website franchise board corporation etc… as many other locations I visited do not uphold that type of policy. No matter the reasoning for their justification of their matters, I found that to be extremely disrespectful and very poor customer service. I’ve then reached out to my business partner, letting him know we’re gonna change our location over to Dagne‘s coffee shop on 20th and I as they provide better services without any kind of harassment. If this policy is true and accurate then legally, it should be posted legible and enforced by companies, corporate offices. It’s no wonder Starbucks is getting very bad reviews nationwide. I’m sure it’s not the only location. I will never return.

for the past two years they've had good, fast, and friendly service at this location. definitely still fast but recently they've been pretty rude now depending who you get like the chubby manager with blonde hair or the girl with arm tats. i understand it's a stressful job but their attitudes are just so rude now. sucks cause this location is closest to my house but probably not coming to this one often anymore.

I need to go into context with this one. I understand that Starbucks may have certain policies. One including needing to purchase something to use their lobby. Understandable. However, as a customer who has spent a lot of money on Starbucks over the years and I mean a lot of $$$ on their drinks and pastries this incident at this location was infuriating to me. I stopped in this store because I needed to use a restroom. Rarely happens but Im human and it was a case I needed a bathroom and this particular Starbucks was closest. I went up and asked politely and the employee declined and said I could only use their bathroom if I purchased something. If this is a Starbucks policy, I believe it's overriding basic human decency. I'm not upset with the employee as he was probably just doing what he was told but I did find it to be a slap in the face considering I often choose Starbucks to purchase my coffee at, even though it's expensive . After he said that I turned right around and I walked into the business right next door and asked if they had a restroom and they had no problem with it, infact they were very kind. And I've never even purchased anything from that other business. You know what Starbs, Policy or not- you just lost a 10 year + customer due to what happened at this store. Denying access to use a bathroom unless you purchase something ( and even the cheapest thing on the menu I bet is well over $3.00) is just the epitome of greed to me and overrides basic human decency. And I refuse to support that. That was a very disappointing experience coming from a business I spent a lot of money on being a long time customer. I'll get my coffee elsewhere for now on.

This one barista that works here is so rude and treating me unequal towards her other costumer. She was going to kick me out for not purchasing anything and I am force to get any item for me to stay. But I didn't mind it at first. But when I ask her if I can have the code for the restroom. She told me that the restroom was close and the store close at 9:30 pm and I ask her around 8pm. So I don't say anything and I went back to my table to study. Then when I was about to leave around 9:10pm, the barista that told me the bathroom was already close and letting the man who just came in the store to use the restroom. I was so mad because the man didn't even purchase anything though he can still use the restroom. She's the rudest barista I have encounter ever!!! The barista service and attitude is -10 for me!!!

Was just at this location and I’m a senior that drives for Uber and Lyft. I buy Starbucks often but this afternoon I really just needed to use the bathroom. I was told a purchase had to be made before I could get the code. I gave 5$ and told her to buy a drink for the next person that came in. She gave me the code but gas station coffee sounds better for future travels and I will never be back to this location!
