I stopped by because it was the only Starbucks I knew in the area to grab coffee with a co-worker and review some work. When I asked to plug in my computer, a manager let me know all the outlets were capped. No outlets at all. So I tried the wifi, no wifi, it was off. When my co-worker arrived we left because we couldn't do any work over coffee at this location. Sad because the people are nice and are doing their best, but being overwhelmed by the homeless people in the area.

I went tho the store on 11.8.23 around 9:50-10:00 am and while I was about to enter at that moment I felt that my shoe caught on something on the door, I looked and there was a piece of metal not attached to the door and it had torn my shoe, I reported this to the MOD because it is very dangerous, however I only received an ok from her, you can check your cameras to ensure what I’m stating it is what happened as I did not get any favorable response from your store for this unfortunate event.

Kristen working the drive through on 8/3/2023 was the worst experience with an employee I have EVER had at any Starbucks location. Smug, rude, arrogant, accosting, entitled, and combative to a regular customer that comes there 2x a day. She does not fit the great customer service and welcoming spirit toward regulars I am accustomed to by Jen, Jessica, Leticia, Esteban, Eliza, Aiden, Gabby, and Ian among others.
