It sucks I have to drive to 24th street if I want Starbucks on a day off. Ladies are rude and never have I had clumps in my drink, $10 poured down the drain.

Mid don't ever go on a Saturday or you'll be stuck there for over 45 minutes. We missed because of it. Also that zesty skinny guy with the pony tail that works there is extremely rude and argumentative. Horrible customer service. He gives star bucks employes a bad name.

At this moment in time I have been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. From 9:02 to 9:28. This is ridiculous. Whoever is working today needs to not be on drive thru

I have been to this location for coffee the last three days. Two out of the three coffees ordered did not taste normal. I don’t know if whoever is making them are putting their own spin on the iced coffees or what. They don’t taste good. Huge bummer.

So my wife and I went in to order but needed to use the restroom and the lady at the front had the nerve to ask if I'll be making a purchase today. Almost turned around and left. That was just rude.

Im not going to go here anymore on a saturday. I shouldnt have to spend 45 minutes waiting on a grilled cheese, and my drink was made wrong but the girl with curly hair making the drinks at 12:30pm on Saturday 8/9 seems like shes pissed off at the world because shes working today. I mobile ordered and when I walked in my drink was ready but my sandwich wasn't. I am OK with that so I waited. After I realized nobody was making food items except drive through then I realized I wasn't going to get it. So I asked her if they were out of sandwiches. She slammed the fridge shut and threw my sandwich in there. Didn't say anything to me. Then I waited 20 more minutes and still nothing. Just for me to realize later another worker bagged it up and left it next to the toaster to sit there. So now im here with my drink made wrong and my sandwich cold. Im not a drama seeker so I will just leave a bad review so others can see what happens on a saturday. Usually Karen's leave these types of reviews, but im more than happy for management to reach out to me and pull store footage and prove that im right. So call me a Karen if you will but this is not ok to be mad at everyone else because of your job. I wouldve been happy for her to tell me they were out and I wouldve gladly took a refund. The staff here on week days are so great, so I just dont understand the night and day difference. I ordered my drinks at 12:15 and here it is 12:40 and I am just now walking out.
